It was our last night in the bay area, we were staying in San Bruno to be close to the airport for an early flight out. We were looking for a spot for dinner, hubby said to try a taco truck, and I should have taken his advice, but no, after reading TA reviews we decided to try this place.... More

I arrived in San Fran on the first flight out of DC. Spent the day playing golf and had to pick up two others at SFO later that night. So, I wanted to find a restaurant that was close to the airport. Using trip advisor, I found this spot. The reviews here are accurate. I asked the waiter what was... More

Never a bad meal- lots of variety for all tastes, great atmosphere, friendly staff , lots of local eat here which is a great indicator of the quality of food. We travel out of San Franciscon airport a lot and stay at a local hotel the night before and always eat here. Never disappointed.

Excellent menu that covers almost every taste. Things for the traditional and rolls to cover the American taste. Many sake to choose from to include Soju, yum ! I had Ankimo and a variety of nigiri. The service was fast and very friendly.

On an unexpected layover, we didn't want to venture far from the hotel but wanted sushi. This place was worth the extra stop. It was fresh, delicious - possibly the best sushi I've had in years - and the sushi chef (who may have also been the owner) was extremely knowledgeable. Special rolls were delicious and the nigiri was excellent... More

We found this restaurant through the Trip Advisor app and it was near where we were staying. We were greeted right away and seated. The food was delicious, and for the amount of food that you get, the price is great! (cheaper than what we were expecting). Definitely recommend it!

My friends and I came to Hiro on Saturday for dinner. We got there around 6pm and it was quite empty. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a server speaking in Korean. We felt welcome though we didn't speak Korean. After perusing the menu, the three of us decided on the Volcano Roll, a donburi with... More

The big rolls make a statement, nicely presented, and tasty. I liked the laid back, family friendly atmosphere. Good service.
