We planned our Thanksgiving meal at this restaurant having had good food and decent service in the past. It was a major disappointment. At $56 for a prix fix menu I was expecting fine dining. Insalata's balances casual with formal, the exotic with the familiar and fine cuisine with reasonable prices. The head chef and owner, Heidi, designs a contemporary menu that is still understandable.
