Great food but very pricey

the food is excellent escpecially the daily specials like steak but prices have been going WAY UP so we don't go as often and sometimes get just pizza or appetizers & soup. Try the calamari & minestrone. And check out the bread basket - both types are awesome.

This restaurant is an absolute treasure. I just ate there for the second time, I wish I could eat there more often but I live in Las Vegas. The lasagna is delicious and the portion is big enough to share. The most memorable item is the artichoke bisque...you MUST try it, it's the best soup I've EVER had and it's... More

I LOVE Italian food and I have to say I feel extremely fortunate to have such a fine Italian restaurant so close to home. I suppose I've visited Gino's well over 40 times now, and my experiences there have always been positive. This family owned and managed restaurant takes pride in their establishment, and it shows. At times, it can... More

Artichoke Soup ... yummy Everything in this restaurant is a feast in anyone's palate. The prices are also very reasonable. For lunch or dinner, it is a wonderful choice when you want to relax and enjoy good service and an excellent meal.

Weekday evening dinner, pasta. Pasta dishes were good, but variety of sauces limited. On the other hand, wide variety of other dishes on the menu, fish, steaks, ambitious, not particularly Italian. We didn't order any of these items, so can't comment. Good choice of wine and beer. The bruschetta Genovese was mildly disappointing, good but not great. Italian dishes more... More

I went to Gino's last night with my boyfriend and everything was amazing. The food was awesome, everything was soo good and we had plenty of leftovers. The bruschetta was fresh and yummy, the Caesar salad was great and the pasta was great and I loved my glass of wine! We had a good time, the only problem I would... More

I have eaten at Gino's many times. the service is prompt and friendly, and the pasta dishes are fantastic! I enjoy the fettucine alfredo, carbonarra, and lasagna, but in my experience the best dish is Spaghetti Arturo. It is a simple dish of spaghetti tossed with garlic and bread crumbs cooked in olive oil, with optional red pepper flakes and... More

This was my second time to dine at Gino's. The first was for dinner, and food and service was wonderful. This week was lunch with a friend. Carlos did not give us the service we expect with fine dining. I asked about lower calorie dishes and he wasn't helpful. The same with salad dressing. My salad came swimming in balsamic... More

My wife and i were visiting for one night in Salinas and we checked TripAdvisor for an Italian restaurant where we could celebrate her birthday. Gino's was highly rated, so we opted to go there. Very popular place on Friday night! Reservations should be made. Fortunately, we were among the evening's first dining guests and we were given one of... More

I went here with the family and was very impressed. First, have a reservation because it ill be full of people as it is popular. The food was first rate, my wife was happy with her beet salad, kids loved their pasta and my lasagna was amazing. The service was superb, all around a great experience and we'll be back.
