While I usually dine at the bar no matter where I go, I ReaLLy wanted the bacon sampler at PRESS and my understanding is that it's a bar only item. Still really like the idea of the bacon sampler, I think it's a little on the pricey side, but the presentation is simply awful. The 7 strips of bacon from... More

I have eaten at Press several times including twice in the past 6 months. This time we ate in the bar which is first come first served but if you want to eat in the restaurant you absolutely need a reservation. (especially on the weekend) The steaks are certainly the star of the menu and I would recommend the Wagyu... More

My wife and I were the first ones to arrive at 5 pm. The first things we notice was the beautiful large room with the high ceiling. But, this turned out to be a problem once other guests arrived. It got noisier and then we noticed how close the tables are to each other. We could even hear the conversation... More

Great service. I mean GREAT. Delicious food and wine. More to the expensive side, but I would definitely return if I have a chance

Hi Loretta, thanks for a great evening. Not only was the food fantastic but our waitress Loretta was outstanding. My wife had the filet and I the NY Strip. Both were cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor, just like a fine wine. For sides the root veg and chard. Loretta liked the way I said chahhd with my Boston accent.... More

Press is a place to go when you want to be at a significant place. It has presence and a nice atmosphere, but be prepared for an expensive meal if you dine here. My 14-ounce ribeye was $51 without any sides, which cost extra ($13 or so). The steaks were great, cooked perfectly. The sides (mushrooms, asparagus, fries) and appetizers... More

Great meal extensive wine list available on an iPad. Only problem was that there might have been too many choices. Service was on point throughout, steak dry aged for 28 days was incredible was very pricey but One of best meals I ever had so I didn't mind the expense

We went to the Press on a Sunday night after three awesome days full of wine and food in the Napa Valley. We picked the Press over several other options, because it was only about 200 yards from the Harvest Inn, where we were staying. I ordered the dry aged, 12 oz. NY Strip ($60), while my wife had the... More

We did not have reservations, it was a Monday night we had a table of 6 and brought our wine with us. We all ordered steak, it was amazing. Dry aged beef always has such a distinctive flavor - one that I love! They definitly knows how to cook a steak. We ordered ribeyes and filets, also the mac and... More

Outstanding food, better service, great ambiance. Most of the restaurants in the area are a bit pricey and this is no exception. However, the experience is proof of the old adage "you get what you pay for". This is a not to miss restaurant!
