A great little place for good breakfast food with friendly staff. Love their granola. One morning had their granola pancake, which was so fluffy and tasty. Next morning I had yogurt with granola and fruit. My husband had eggs benedict and was very pleased. A great place for breakfast in St. Helena.

This was the only place I could find that opened before 10am. I had eggs over medium with breakfast potatoes and toast. Everything was fresh and hot. Service was good. Price was good. Went there yesterday. Am returning this morning!

Went to Gillwood for the first time last week. Great, local breakfast spot right on Main Street. Wonderful service, great food and a real price value.

We stopped here looking for a breakfast place after the balloon ride that morning was cancelled because of dense fog. Lucky for us the breakfast was great. Many types of omelet and eggs as well as waffles and fresh fruit. All got something different and each person was very satisfied. Lots of food, Very satisfied

This is sort of your typical, small-town diner. The food is just fine for what it is, and the price you're paying. Don't go if you're expecting a four or five star dining experience. But I don't think they try to be this either.

I had time between appointments and decided to give this place a try. Service was excellent, food good. I would recommend this cafe for travelers wanting a good breakfast. Looked like there was a lot of locals to.

Stopped in St. Helena during the Napa wine tour from San Francisco and decided to get something to eat after some wine tasting. The place was quite busy and I was lucky to get a table within several minutes. The menu was varied but apparently their char boiled steak sandwich and beer are supposed to be pretty good and I... Busy and noisy in-town cafe which serves as a great sit-down breakfast kickoff point for your day in St. Helena. Be careful, though, while the prices are low the portions are enormous!
