A gem of a find

Used to be all locals and still is but is getting booked up faster lately, so good and spot on you'll remember your meal for weeks. Seasonal menu, great lamb, seafood topnotch. Wine list smartly done. I love this place for lunch. You will not find a better soup as a started all of napa.

All went well until the waiter was given 5 new tables plus1 overbearing customer to serve at the same time. First course of fried artichoke was tasty. The mains were very generous portions although the steak was grizzly in parts, but since the wait staff were too busy I was unable to voice my concerns. Waited 15 minutes after plates... More

We had hired a driver to take us around the Napa Area for the day and when we were hungry, this is where she dropped us off. What a wonderful spot with fabulous food, super service and great ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. This is a spot not to be missed!

We were treated to a very special dinner at this wonderful eatery. There was an understated elegance to the meal; each element complimented the next as we relaxed and enjoyed a multiple course meal. The asparagus appetizer was melt-in-your-mouth, the fish and enchilada dishes hearty and flavorful, and the desserts were the well deserved encore to this amazing flavor fest.... More

Took my husband here-- no reservations but luckily they were able to get us a table. We had been wine tasting, and actually wanted to refresh ourselves with some iced tea, which I am happy to say was as good as everything else. The service was excellent, the food superb, and we came out happier than when we went in.... More

Had a pre- reserved table for group of 11 - were seated in private upstairs room. Service was excellent, sent someone upstairs with us to help with wine selections. Menu was excellent and offered a wide assortment, many fresh local foods and ingredients. Quality and quanity of food was very good with eveyone in our party. Too full for desserts,... More

Popped in by chance while exploring the area. They were busy but our timing by chance was spot on and the host did a good job of turning around our table for us. He was very polite as was in general a very nice chap and took interest in our reason for being in the US. There is also a... More

We came here after being recommended it by a friend and our hotel. It was Easter Sunday but we had no reservation, so dropped in on the off chance. They were able to seat us right away and the host actually remembered us from the restaurant we had eaten in the previous evening! We both had mains, I had the... More

Delicious food, great service, lovely ambiance and reasonable prices for the quality of the experience. We both had the halibut special; I had the carrot & spring onion soup and a wonderful raspberry dessert with cappuccinos provided in the correct size and shape Was so nice to have such good food in a place that had lots windows, comfortable seating... Food here was a little below average; uninspired, and not very well prepared. The menu was fairly limited, and the wines by the glass were surprisingly limited. Even on a busy weekend lunch, there were only a few tables taken. Visited this place many years ago and it seems like a different organizations today--less attention to food, details, and menu...
