Great Napa old school

These guys were here before all the new high priced places came to roost and fail. Great food, well presented, good wine list. Great staff. Little noisy and can fill up with snobby tourists go after 8 pm for some personal attention.

Located in the heart of St. Helena, Tra Vigne could be in the Tuscan countryside. Friendly and fun wait staff. Don't miss the fresh hand-pulled mozzarella appetizer, great pasta, fish and carne. Gorgeous old world bar; no corkage fee to boot!!

Having been a fan of all things Mediterranean, I purposely looked into some of the offerings around Napa. This one ticked all the boxes: great setting (patio deck), great food, and friendly service. A little hard for us to find, being unfamiliar with the area, but we are so glad we did.

Tra Vigne was an excellent restaurant with really great food. In addition, we could not have asked for better service by our waiter and also by the hostess. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent and if you're in Napa Valley, this is a restaurant that you need to visit. We couldn't... More

I enjoy going out for dinner and very critical about giving high ratings for a restaurant. This is definitely tops on my scale of places to go. Beautiful interior and also a lovely terrace area, transporting you to a outdoor italian paradise. Fantastic house-made mozzarella which is a must have. The pastas were fresh. Service was top notch. This is... More

Beautiful interior and also a lovely terrance set in a Mulberry bosque. Great house-made mozzarella; excellent frito misto; all the pastas are outstanding. Interesting Napa and Italian wines to choose from. Wonderful service.

One of Napa Valley's most popular places to spend an relaxing evening. Don't be surprised to see local vintners walk in with a half dozen bottles of their latest vintages that might not be on the menu.

We were guided her by our friend Kent, and had one of the best meals I can remember in Napa. A must try is the Mozzarella bread! I crave this almost weekly and cannot wait to have it again!

Wow! It was so cute and we were so hungry that this is how we ended up having Brunch at Tra Vigne. We kicked it off with Mini Doughnuts - which were perfect before and after our meal. We ordered the Rigatoni alla Carbonara and were just surprised when it arrived. Such a perfect pasta, beautiful flavors that just colored... More
