Gott's Roadside is a different kind of burger joint. We serve juicy cheeseburgers with thick chocolate shakes, but our versions of these American classics are made-to-order from top-notch, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu goes beyond the beef to include a renowned Ahi tuna burger, fresh salads and tacos. Try finding those at your average drive-in. Our commitment to local sourcing also extends to the glass: our list of California wines and beers means you can order a cheeseburger with a high-end Napa Valley cabernet, or sip a San Francisco-brewed Anchor Steam alongside your spicy, sweet potato fries.

Great little gem

Very inexpensive and quick stop for lunch with great food. Great atmosphere with picnic tables outside. Very convenient to get to while out for a day in the valley.

This place is completely overrated. The line just to order is always long, which may pertain to how popular this place is. But I think it's because of the genuine roadside appeal that this place offers. It's looks like a slice of Americana from the road, but once you commit and find a cherished parking spot, you'll find that it... More

We took the advice from the vineyard we had visited and called our order in before we got there to avoid the long lines and we were glad we did. We picked up our order and ate on the picnic tables on the property. That just added to the whole 'roadside' experience. The hamburgers were fresh and tasty, not greasy.... More

Have to try the ahi tuna sandwich! It's great...! Me and my wife had one and a burger to split, so we could try more items so-o good. Don't forget to order some of the delicious sides. Great lunch spot!

Stopped here because of the crowd outside and a recommendation and now understand what all the buzz is about. Napa can get a bit caught up in itself sometimes and Gott's is a welcome break from all the "gourmet" (crazy expensive) options. Who doesn't love awesome burgers, fish tacos, fries, yummy shakes, and the ability to sit outside and enjoy... More

When you get tired of all the surrounding pretentiousness of the "gourmet wines" and "gourmet foods" take time to stop here for a great burger and fries. Really simple, really good, really inexpensive. Sit outside and enjoy the sunshine with family or friends and watch the traffic jam inch along.

When we told friends we were visiting Napa more than one said we had to stop at Gott's. Are we ever glad we listened to them! It was some of the best food we had throughout our trip. It's a rather unassuming drive-in with loads of picnic tables for seating and (depending on when you arrive) a long line of... More

We were delighted to find Gott’s Roadside, a great (affordable) American lunch in downtown St. Helena. Our lunch there lived up to Gott’s reputation—great hamburgers, fries and onion rings! Their menu also offers a broader fare of seafood (tacos, fish & chips, etc.), along with hot dogs, soup, chili and salads. I just noticed on their website that they also... More
