Tequila lovers dream

High end Mexican food and a bar that must have almost every tequila made. Their classic margarita is fantastic. The food is great but a bit on the pricey side. I order the chips and salsa platter. We went out for a casual dinner - with all the choices St. Helena has to offer, we picked the worst one. Food was very bland, and my husband got sick. Won't be going back

My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch. I had been craving Mexican food all week, and this was consistently recommended to us. We were on the early side of lunch, so we were the only people in the restaurant. We started with the chips and salsas. The chips were thin and crispy and the salsas all had... More

Came in about 7 pm on a Sunday night and the place was almost empty. The menu looked fine but the food and preparation was lacking to pretty bad. We shared 4 dishes and all were sub-par. Taco trio was a joke; tasteless and small. Nachos; now how can a Mexican restaurant screw up nachos. Fried Plantains; they looked pretty... More

Wonderful romantic evening with the corner table. Food was really good and the service excellent. Obviously teh wine list was great with small production wineries.

We sat at the bar and it was a bit disjointed from a service side. Food was better than average and presentation was nice. Drinks were good and seems more of a bar than restaurant, but would go back!

It is a mixture of an upscale Mexican Cantina with a aports bar, it has a mixed ambiance but is neither the best place for Mexican food nor the best fir a solid Burguer. Better go in front to Market. Nothing memorable about this place.

This was a recommendation from a friend. I had their margarita la clasica, and it was probably the best margarita I have ever had. Very smooth, not too overboard on any one ingredient, refreshing, and delicious. The chips and salsa was different than I expected, but in a good way. Not just a cup of salsa, but rather 4 different... More

We went to La Condesa twice (a lunch and dinner) during our stay in Napa. The salsas and guacamole were delicious. The taco flights are a great way to sample a variety of flavors. I highly recommend the chicken, carne asada and fish tacos. The tortillas are out of this world and are made by hand each day. Loved the... More

My girlfriend and I really enjoy spicey, flavorful food and La Condesa did not disapoint. The service was great and our waitress, Nicole gave us some good food recommendations. The salsa and chips starter includes 4 different kind of salsas and we were able to sample a 5th one (habanero salsa) that is really spicey which we both enjoyed. Everyone... More
