Description: Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant showcases the seasonal...
Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant showcases the seasonal, ingredient-driven American farmhouse cooking of executive chef Stephen Barber. LMR Grass-fed Beef CheeseburgerHoused in a former nursery barn, our 110-seat restaurant revolves around a central open kitchen with booth and central seating, community dining, and a full bar. We feature an authentic farm-to-table menu. The ingredients are foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef and lamb, organic and sustainably produced eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and honey. Possessing a substantial background in Southern cooking styles, Stephen emphasizes a wood-burning element for select dishes. Stephen's kitchen is also outfitted with a plancha, a cast-iron grill ideal for searing Long Meadow Ranch's healthy, tender, and flavorful grass-fed beef and lamb. Community tables at Farmstead restaurantFarmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant wine program features Long Meadow Ranch Winery's elegant and balanced wines, as well as other domestic and international wines selected by Chris Hall to complement the restaurant's American farmhouse cooking. LMR and Farmstead wines are also available to purchase to-go at the Logan-Ives House cellar door. There is no corkage fee at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch. Instead, a $5-per-bottle fee is collected as a donation to a featured local community-building not-for-profit organization each month. We call this program Corkage for Community. Outdoor bar at Farmstead restaurantOutdoors in season, guests can enjoy a meal among the espalier apple trees, drinks at the bar, or relax with friends and family by the cozy wood-fired authentic forge. Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM we offer a Growers' Happy Hour with specially-priced cocktails, beer, and wine and a special bar menu. We also offer Weekly Traditions featuring special friendly, casual menus on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nghts and on Sunday for brunch. Live entertainment on Fridays. The regular menu is available everyday. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Walk-ins are welcome

Our absolute FAVORITE restaurant in Napa Valley!

Great food, great atmosphere and beautiful grounds...a perfect combination! The cheddar biscuits and mini ham sandwiches with pepper jelly are absolute musts! You will not be disappointed.

This was recommended by our B&B innkeeper and it was great! We had outdor seating, which was a lovely atmosphere for our wine and appetizers. Food was delicious as well. We noticed it was a little loud inside, but b that b didn't impact our visit. Would definitely eat there again.

We have been here twice now, and both times the food has been spectacular! Standouts include the trout, pork chop, ribs, salmon, and cheeseburger for entrees. Beet salad, charcuterie, burrata, padron peppers for starters. The wine list is reasonable and well-stocked. Service was top-notch both times we were there and very attentive. this is worth the stop either for lunch... More

Farmstead says it all by its name. Napa Valley’s Farm-to-Table revolution has its way of capturing each and everyone’s palate. Why? Well, the ingredients are freshly harvested from their own backyard and from the gardens of Rutherford Estate. The Farm-to-Table nourishing trend is blowing up right now just like any other trending terms such as the grass-fed, gluten-free, farm-raised vs.... More

Food at Farmstead was as fresh as advertised. We're still raving about the very simple but ridiculously tasty heirloom tomatoes with burrata cheese. The ambiance is very lively and the service was on point.

After visiting Sterling Vineyard, we stopped at Farmstead for a late lunch/early dinner. Walking in we noticed how nice the place looked, but also how loud it was. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to eat, this is definitely not it. Once seated, Jason, our waiter, was very attentive. When I mentioned the many flies buzzing around our... More

Always great to find a restaurant that is creative with their salads. Hot beets with goat cheese and arugula, can't beat that for a starter. Lamb sliders with tasty buns and not the tiny kind that you have trouble finding on the plate. Would not rate this the number 1 restaurant in St. Helena but they do a good job.

We had a wonderful lunch, with fresh produce and well prepared food. We were a table of 18 and they made a wonderful family style menu.

Saw all the excellent reviews & got really excited about eating here, but I was underwhelmed. The food was good but it certainly wasn't the best meal I've had. Menu is manageable but I was hoping for some real WOW items. Where are the creative salads & sides? I ordered the pork chop on polenta which was very good. My... More
