Description: Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant showcases the seasonal...
Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant showcases the seasonal, ingredient-driven American farmhouse cooking of executive chef Stephen Barber. LMR Grass-fed Beef CheeseburgerHoused in a former nursery barn, our 110-seat restaurant revolves around a central open kitchen with booth and central seating, community dining, and a full bar. We feature an authentic farm-to-table menu. The ingredients are foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef and lamb, organic and sustainably produced eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and honey. Possessing a substantial background in Southern cooking styles, Stephen emphasizes a wood-burning element for select dishes. Stephen's kitchen is also outfitted with a plancha, a cast-iron grill ideal for searing Long Meadow Ranch's healthy, tender, and flavorful grass-fed beef and lamb. Community tables at Farmstead restaurantFarmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant wine program features Long Meadow Ranch Winery's elegant and balanced wines, as well as other domestic and international wines selected by Chris Hall to complement the restaurant's American farmhouse cooking. LMR and Farmstead wines are also available to purchase to-go at the Logan-Ives House cellar door. There is no corkage fee at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch. Instead, a $5-per-bottle fee is collected as a donation to a featured local community-building not-for-profit organization each month. We call this program Corkage for Community. Outdoor bar at Farmstead restaurantOutdoors in season, guests can enjoy a meal among the espalier apple trees, drinks at the bar, or relax with friends and family by the cozy wood-fired authentic forge. Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM we offer a Growers' Happy Hour with specially-priced cocktails, beer, and wine and a special bar menu. We also offer Weekly Traditions featuring special friendly, casual menus on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nghts and on Sunday for brunch. Live entertainment on Fridays. The regular menu is available everyday. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Walk-ins are welcome

We came here for dinner after our wine tour! So we were pretty exhausted and uninterested in wine at this point, but the food was just what we needed. Interesting and comforting. Such a beautiful atmosphere!

This was a fabulous dining experience but I'll never forget the bloody Mary filled with bacon and a fancy slim Jim. The burger was juicy and tasty and we ordered a fig appetizer-yummy and unique. I loved the relaxed farmhouse feel.

We enjoyed our food - just nothing outstanding. The wine on the other hand was awful. We ordered the Long Meadow Ranch Merlot and it was terrible. The nose on it was so floral, we referred to it as the potpourri wine. Would go back, but would definitely bring a bottle. Atmosphere was good and staff was really nice and... More

With a focus on producing Bordelais style wines with purity of flavor, our goal is to craft elegant, food-friendly wines utilizing “full-circle farming” methods. While we are glad that you enjoyed your meal and the atmosphere of our restaurant, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our wines. Please check your Tripadvisor account for a private message. Our high expectations for a quality dining experience were exceeded on our recent visit to Farmstead. It all begins with the opportunity to stroll through the lovely landscaped property and a chance to enjoy a visit to the cool little gift shop and wine bar. Then, you are immediately attracted to the inviting outdoor bar and sitting area as you... More

They grow their own produce, raise their own cattle, make their own wine and anything not made on their properties is sourced from the best. You can't beat the smoked home made goodness of their ribs and other fare. I loved the Pacific King Salmon that is only offered in season. Lucky me! The restaurant is like going to an... More

One of my favorite places in St Helena. When the weather permits, definitely sit outdoors where tables are separated by espalier apple trees. Of course, the biscuits are a must, and whatever fish they have in season. Desserts are always stellar. The only dish that can be variable is the risotto...sometimes it's spot on and sometimes it's way too cheesy.... More

A warm, tasty, fun and inviting restaurant with super tasty farm to table dining. They served some of the best smoky slow cooked ribs I've ever eaten fresh salads and roast chicken were to die for.

Loved the gnocchi and fresh tomato salad. My husband had the trout and he loved his too. This place has its own gardens so you know the food was very fresh.
