Elegant breakfast

This restaurant is always crowded at breakfast on weekends. The food is very good and attractively served and you can help yourself to coffee refills as needed. But parking is very difficult during crowded times. Pastries are also excellent but on the pricey side.

I had lunch at Ettore's today, and for the second time in as many visits, I was disappointed. I used to think it was a real treat to get to have soup and/or salad here, but I think this will be my last visit. I had the salad sampler and the soup of the day, which was tomato basil bisque.... More

Joined some friends here for dinner one evening. The breads and pastries are pretty good, but small portions. I also had a "ribeye" sandwich - for $13.50 I thought it would be steak. I'm not sure where they get the "ribeye" from. It was thin-sliced, somewhat dry beef and not particularly fresh. I might recommend this place for the pastries,... More

Food very good. Both enjoyed our dinners. Waiters attentive.order and pay at counter, then they deliver. One negative, is self service for water, napkins and eating utensils, we had to fetch our own. Both of us had wine sauces, delicate and delightful. Definitely will return.

Met with friends here for our annual holiday breakfast. We all had eggs and bacon for breakfast which was good. Can be very crowded and noisy but still a fun atmosphere with good food. Pastries here are wonderful, specially fruit basket cake I took home for Christmas. Salads and hamburgers here are great for dinner or lunch.

No doubt the bakery is the best anywhere. Excellent quality, good service. But the restaurant has never had good service so I finally had to write this review. The order takers are inexperienced and slow, unpleasant. When they finally get the order straight it doesn't get communicated properly to the cooks. I must be fair and say my experience is... More

This is a combination restaurant, bakery, and bar. When coming in, there are two places to begin: the bakery counter and the menu counter. The bakery counter has a full selection of baked goods, including wonderful cakes to satisfy any preference. Pasteries are also very good. Get a coffee mug with your cake or pastery and go find a seat.... More

Ettore's is primarily an European bakery, but they offer full restaurant service as well. Everything we had was very well prepared and reasonably priced. Service was quick and efficient. They have both indoor and outdoor patio seating. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed the patio.

Ettore's is a good light restaurant with healthy and attractive choices in food and an excellent phenomenal bakery. What sets it apart is the "European" in it's name. That term doesn't mean it's snooty and 'high brow' and will make the average person uncomfortable. It means, for example, the cakes and pastries will not remotely resemble Hostess, Wonder, or any... In town for lunch, referred to Ettore's, had great shrimp on a Caesar salad & nice chicken focaccia sandwich. Good service, prompt & polite; reasonable prices for quality food. Would recommend & go again!
