Second visit here to Michelangelo that has a modest menu with wonderful daily specials ie Mussels Mosstarda, pear inspired starters and spaghetti. Full bar. Awesome staff too.

My friend and I had lunch here today and it was perfect. We chose to go to a later lunch to avoid the noontime lunch crowd. For lunch, there a 2-plate or 3-plate "small plates" option, which is perfect you have a choice of one of three appetizers (soup and 2 different bruschetta); one of four different salads, and one... Our server was excellent as was the outdoor seating. The food, however, was kind of blah. It wasn't horrible, just not great especially for the price.

Great service, the bruschetta was AMAZING, and the food was very good. Everything was fresh, with great flavor and their meatballs were delicious. We would definitely eat here again.

Great food, best service (Edward rocks), great drinks. What I liked best was location and that you could hear you dinner partner. Really liked the atmosphere. One of my other fave Italian places has great food but so, so noisy. This is a nice change.

I joined a group of friends last evening for dinner at Michelangelo's. The only thing good was the company I was with. I ordered Chicken Piccata and was looking forward to savoring it. This was described on the menu as "Panko and parmesan encrusted, topped with lemon caper cream sauce, served with polenta and vegetables". What I got was two... More

I have not been to this place for about 10 yrs but it really is a great space with a really nice atmosphere. I love the little bar you can walk up to and sit down to have a drink. The tables are way too cramped with not much space to set all the plates.....I was bumping elbows with my... More

This is an old victorian home turned into a restaurant. It has an air conditioner in a window instead of central hvac, and the dining area was a bunch of tables thrown here and there. The outside needed paint, and the patio was so uneven the city won't allow people to dance out there. Not a place I will go... More

Just attended a reception at Barton Art gallery and food was served from Michangelo's. The Creamy Polento bar with topping's and House smoked Salmon were both delicious. Good wine and beer choices on menu also. Atmosphere in gallery was ideal for small party of 40 and Jackie the gallery owner was delightful to work with.
