I've only been once, but it's top on my list of recommendations for friends. I want to go again. It's a small restaurant with a couple tables on the "patio" I think it feels old world for Sacramento. I of course loved that they served Icelandic beer :) We took the whole family and everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was... More

I've been to La Trattoria Bohemia twice and both times I went away both exceptionally full and very satiated. I haven't had tried any of the Italian food here. Seeing as it is very difficult to find Czech food, and exceptionally easy to find Italian. However that being said, both times I've been here, I've noted there are a large... More

We had some folks from work that wanted to get away from the office for a nice lunch and La Trattoria Bohemia was chosen. I think I wanted to try everything on the menu. Quite a wide variety with the Czech and Italian dishes. The waitress was very prompt and took good care of us. They had 3 specials that... More

The food at La Trattoria is almost always tasty, but it isn't what you'd call health conscious or gourmet. Think old-world comfort food - rich sauces made with heavy cream, doughy dumplings, thick crust pizza. Usually yummy but seriously heavy. Atmosphere and service are as important as the food to me. We go to La Trattoria regularly because we like... More

This is a great restaurant to try if you want a new taste experience! A combination of European and Eastern-European flavors, you get authentic food in a restaurant with atmosphere. The service is fine, the food delicious!

We have been multiple times to this restaurant and have loved it every time. Where else can you get Czech and Italian food in the same spot?!! The margarita pizza is to die for - perfect crust and a great balance of toppings. The chicken paprikash is a well seasoned and indulgent Czech dish. To top it all off -... More

Attentive staff, warm atmosphere and perfectly prepared savory dishes are, amazingly, priced very reasonably at La Trattoria Bohemia. The satisfying experience at this very pleasant yet unassuming restaurant makes a visit to charming East Sacramento worthwhile even for visitors coming from far away.

This East Sac gem of a restaurant serves fabulous homemade dishes and gourmet pizza. Owner and chef, Mark, hand makes the pastas and boy, can you taste the difference! Growing up with a father that made home made pasta, Mark's restaurant is the real deal. I have dined there many times and never have had a bad meal. The Hungarian/Czech... More

I had dinner there with my adult son and my father...not easy to please 3 generations, but they did! I have nut allergies and the server was very helpful...my dad loves a full big dinner and my son likes international cuisine. We dined the day before Thanksgiving, just before closing and had wonderful food and service. All of us commented... More
