Italian food made by Italian owner

Biba is larger than it seems from the outside. The ambience was very nice. The waiters are friendly without exagerating. The food was delicious and the local wine from the Wineyard was a great selection.

We reserved a table for a family dinner on a Friday evening, and the earliest time available was 8:15 pm. The place was crowded (and noisy) when we arrived and were seated at our table. The following are our entrees with grades: Spaghetti Carbonara Primaverile: B-. Good, but little too much black pepper. Lasagne Verdi alla Bolognese: B-. Too much... More

The food at Biba is good, but the portions are really small and incredibly expensive. I think they've just gone a little too far and we no longer go there.

On our 4th anniversary this past March, my husband and I went to Biba for the first time. We were so happy with our food and experience we could not wait to return. We went again last Friday night with friends and the food and the service were excellent. It was quiet enough to have a nice conversation. This is... More

This is not a Hip-n-Trendy place, so if you're looking for a young scene, this may not be the place for you. It's the best of Old School Dining: excellent food in a spacious nicely furnished dining room that has white tablecloths and is relatively quiet - what more could you ask for?

First Class dining in Sacramento. If you have the time and money, check it out! Thursday and Fridays only, a must dish ... Spinach Lasagna.

This restaurant is a must. The best food and service. Pasta is delicious, especially the ravioli. Ever time I go, I feel like family.

Visited on a prix fixe deal and had the soup. Oh my, what a soup that was. Incredible, since I don't like tomato soup, normally.... until this magnificent bowl entered my life (and my mouth). Yum. Oh yes, the rest of the meal was incredible too. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here for years for special occasions when you absolutely, positively want to have a great dining experience. Gnocchi, lasagna, ravioli...you name it, they make it perfectly. Janine was our superlative waitress. Highly recommended.
