A casual and rustic dining experience in Midtown, great menu

Located centrally in Midtown, a rustic and casual atmosphere, with a nice menu full of comfort food dining choices. The cheese platter(saint agur blue, marin french camembert, coquem manchego, house preserves, crostini, dried cherries, candied nuts) and poutine(using tater tots covered by gravy... read more

Drinks were respectable. Salads were skimpy Entrees were good. I had the salmon which I enjoyed. Presentation was nice on all entrees. Things went south on desert. Because it was a large group our waiters and Chef Yoshi said we only ordered cheesecake so they wouldn't allow us to order desert off menu. Really inflexible. Sad ending to a good... More

We came in at 8:30 on a Friday night, because this is the closest nice bar to our home and we would love to have a great place to walk to. There were people 3-deep at the bar, but there was an open seat, so we took it, only to find out that the woman very engaged in a conversation... More

My husband and I came here for dinner and sat at the bar. I had the Krakow salt mine for a drink. It was like drinking apple pie in a glass. Delicious!! We split the S.O.S Picatta which was crispy pork belly in a lemon caper sauce. Truly divine!! And a big portion for an appetizer. For the main course... More

We were hosted at this bistro by my step-daughter and her Marine, because they enjoy the variety of custom brews that are offered. It was OK for us older types, but not someplace you'd choose voluntarily. The beer was good, the prices were high, as was the ambient noise level.

The restaurant is very cute! Super hip vibe and they have some cool items on the menu. I visited with a larger group, so we were able to try many items. As entrees we had the fettuccine, spicy ramen, hangar steak, stuffed chicken, burger, as well as few other items. Nothing was bad, but it was just kind of blah.... More

Great comfort food. We had the Osso Bucco and Salmon, cooked to perfection. The staff and patrons were fun to spend time with. Very comfortable décor. Looking forward to a return visit.

We were a group of nine looking for a good dinner before heading out for another activity, and my sister suggested this place based on past experience (location, value, ambiance). She was right on. I had the heirloom panzanella salad which was very tasty, and a side of shrimp - cooked just right. My husband had the shorty melt and... More

Our party of four very much enjoyed dining at The Red Rabbit. The watermelon salad was a great opener and two of us had their fried rabbit entrees - - very, very good. Prepared similar to deep fried chicken; we received two boned and one boneless pieces of rabbit, each unusually large - - tasty and not at all dried... More

Went on a Sunday and they were short on wait staff so we had to order at the bar (we sat outside). Food is good (burritos are really small), crem brûlée french toast is delicious, and you cant beat a jug of mimosa for only 6$. Location is nice, parking near by is easy to find, and the staff is...
