Yes, Dorothy this is Oz.

Primo burgers with various meats to choose from. Excellent beer selections Mexican Cola too. I had a sourdough melt I should have had them put tomatoes on but it was very good.

My GF and I were staying near the UC Davis Medical Center (actually located in Sacramento) and needed a place to eat and meet with her friend from high school who lives in Roseville. Picked this place as somewhere in between. Before I go into the food, let me say this was a great place to meet, eat and chat.... More

This is an awesome place, only wish they would have had some crazy game meat when I was there. Had the Wild Boar burger and it was delicious, Colleague said the hamburger was excellent. Talking to manager and he said that on occasion they will have a wide variety of truly exotic meat burgers. Wish there was a place like... More

I've been all over for burgers but this place does it right. I recommend the jalepeno buffalo burger. Fresh is the name of the game here. I love how it's fresh sliced produce compliments the fresh selection of meats. From buffalo, to wild boar, alligator and elk this place has it all. The Carne asada fries are to die for.... More

I've heard very good things about the burgers at Flaming Grill, but when I do I'm usually a bit skeptical. You see, I'm a real burger snob. I hear about great burger places all the time, but they they are usually a big disappointment. Not so at Flaming Grill. They menu touts many exotic meat burgers, but I went with... More

I had the french fries with carne asada, cheese, avocados and jalapenos. They were great and very inexpensive. They are listed as an appetizer but they are a meal unto themselves. My wife had a hamburger and loved it. The beer selection was great. The service was a little slow but other than that the food was great.

Grab a giant 1/2 pound burger, throw on some hoser sauce if you're brave (or foolhardy - hot! hot! hot!), order a beer and escalate the gut-busting operation with an upgrade to carne asada fries (or should that be bacon blue...). Enjoy a pint of artisan draft beer, look at the phoenix mural, and finish all your food like Mother... More

Small place looks like an old out door drive in diner. Cement benches and small. Get there early or after the lunch rush. The best hamburger ever, they also have exotic meats and weekly specials. Do yourself a favor and try the Carnie Asada fries, be prepared to share these meals are HUGH! Great variety of beer. A must go... More

While the deer, alligator or llama were very interesting, I elected to go with the rather tame half pound of buffalo. My wife went with the standard beef burger. Both were fantastic. Flavorful, juicy and cooked perfectly. We selected drinks that we had never heard of before, but were recommended by the waitress and found them very much to our... More
