If you appreciate a fine lunch, overlooking Napa Valley, complimented with some fine Napa wines then Auberge du Soleil should definitely be on your list!

The view, by far, was the most amazing part of this restaurant. For the prices, we were surprised that the service was off. We must have had a least 6 people attend to our table of two, but we had to wait at least 10 minutes for coffee and had to ask multiple times for things like extra butter. However,... More

We booked one month in advance and were wise to do so : it is essential to get a table on the terrace ! We got there for brunch on a sunny Sunday;as soon as we arrived [right on time] we were seated to one of the best tables , towards the end of the terrace, near the reception desk... More

On a recent drive through Napa, decided to take a lunch break at this resort restaurant which is open to non-residents. Glad that I did. There is a formal restaurant and a Bistro which expands on to a balcony with a stunning view, think Tuscany on a small scale. The food was quite good and the prices moderate in the... More

If you are visiting Napa or Sonoma, you MUST treat yourself to a meal here. The view is gorgeous! It is up on a hillside overlooking the valley and is just beautiful! The service is wonderful. The food is delicious. Be prepared to spend a lot but if you are looking for a good place for a special occasion dinner... More

Food is good but not excellent. However the cost of the dinner makes you feel bad, unless they charge for the view.

Could not have been a better experience. Service was flawless, food was spectacular, view was breath-taking. Nothing in Napa compares. Save this one for your last night so as not to spoil the remainder of your trip - it does not get better.

My husband and I went to Auberge du Soleil this past weekend, August 3. This was to be the most special dinner of our long weekend. It was by far the most expensive which we expected. Lets start with the good. The food was magnificent. We both had and highly recommend the corn soup, the pan seared halibut and the... More

I started the three-course brunch with a half-dozen oysters. It was a nice sampling in that there were three east coast and three west coast oysters. My entree was a lobster omelette - I do not care for onions and this had plenty, so I was disappointed. They are generous with the lobster but the eggs were over-cooked for my... More

On the slope of Napa valley Auberge du Soleil offers 2 food options a bistrot and a gastronomic restaurant. We picked the restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and started with a cup of Champagne. We had the 4 courses menu, and we got small bites between each, unfortunately the waitress dropped strawberry one on my wife’s dress. The menu... More
