Description: The menu at Paul Martin’s consists of dishes aimed at taking diners back...
The menu at Paul Martin’s consists of dishes aimed at taking diners back to the American farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, fish from conscientious fishmongers, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors and custom-made bread from expert bakers. The California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State’s fruitful vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. And behind Paul Martin’s elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of local craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes. Good times and thoughtful food are a way of life at Paul Martin’s local, American Bistro.

Tasty food with organic twist

This was a lovely meal and the restaurant was nicely priced for the quality. I liked that much of the food was local, organic, etc. The butternut squash soup was delish. Smooth and silky, just the right balance of sweet and savory. I ordered the skirt steak for my entree - medium well. When I... read more

I loved this place. The food was terrific and the preparation was genius!I tried the fish tacos, which were wonderful in presentation and taste with local organic tomatoes, onions, arugula and a very tasty sauce. i also sampled a spinach dip created with locally grown heirloom produce and cheese-it was like nothing i have ever had before. My wife tried... More

We've been to Paul Martin's for lunch, happy hour and dinner, and have always enjoyed our visits. The food is nicely prepared with high quality, often local/organic produce. My non-foodie husband is now a quinoa lover because of their marvelous salad. We usually order their seafood dishes and have never been disappointed. I was pleased that they were willing to... More

I went here for lunch and had the fish tacos and a mushroom soup. It was great. The service was on the money. I will be back next time I am in Roseville

Always have a good meal at this restaurant. Service is good, but not great, however. Outdoor seating available in warmer weather. Indoor is a bit dark for my taste, however.

The food is fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is comfortable with a dash of upscale. I my business I have recommended PMAB to dozens of people and always ask for their feedback on it. I have... I recently had some great french fries at Bouchon in Yountville. Great fries, but I found a better version here in Roseville. Paul Martin's American Bistro had the better version. Very good lunch menu and great service. Try it for lunch, make sure you ask for the french fries!

Since the day it opened, Paul Martins has quickly become a great place to eat. Just the right amount of formality to make it a great choice for a casual dinner or a business lunch or dinner. Bar scene has become quite popular to mingle during happy hour or after dinner. If you are not the hungry, one of my... More

I've been coming to Paul Martin's since it opened and have never once been disappointed, other than not making a reservation and having to wait an hour to be seated. But hey, that was OUR problem, not Paul Martin's. Their problem is they have an EXCELLENTLY trained staff, plenty of help, above average attitudes, and anything they can do to... More
