The menu at Paul Martin’s consists of dishes aimed at taking diners back to the American farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, fish from conscientious fishmongers, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors and custom-made bread from expert bakers. The California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State’s fruitful vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. And behind Paul Martin’s elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of local craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes. Good times and thoughtful food are a way of life at Paul Martin’s local, American Bistro.

Great faire at terrific prices

Paul Martin's makes fine dining affordable. My favorite is Monday nights where 2 people can get salad, any entree and a bottle of wine for $50. My boyfriend had the Brick Chicken and I enjoyed their short ribs. The Spring Green's salad was loaded with flavor and the Oregon Pinot paired nicely. We... read more

I have been to Paul Martins a few times and this time, with a large group, they did really well. Good food, good service and nice options for everyone.

This great restaurant has become the favorite meeting place for my friends and I to get together for good food and generous sized drinks. Friendly staff, cosmopolitan decor, a large variety and selection of hors de oeuvres will please any palate, and expectations. Their drinks are reminiscent of the way liquor is served in England and other parts of Europe.... More

We have been to this restaurant 5 times in the past year. It never fails to please. The food is wonderful, presented very nicely and the service is superb. My favorite place to spend an evening dining. :)

We have tried Paul Martins repeatedly because we keep thinking that for as good as the food is the service must have been an anomaly. But, each time we are reminded that it really is that bad. A great level of detail is not necessary. I'll just say that for the price and atmosphere, I expect to be treated much... More

Brought my niece who was visiting from Manhattan at her request; she loves Paul Martin's so I was happy to take her. Had the steak and bacon tacos -- fantastic. Great service, great food, and my usual happy experience at Paul Martin's. It's a little pricey for lunch but I'm willing to pay a little more for the overall experience.

Figured I would try the place for appetizers and drinks for Happy Hour - as they say, been there tried that, was way to pretentious for me.... Bartenders were nice enough - had a couple Mojitos ($12.00 ea) they were o.k, nothing special - had to request more mint..... Ordered a Smoked Salmon appetizer and a Butcher Board and a... More

We decided to drop by Paul Martin's for a New Year's Eve drink, and ended up having a nice dinner, too. After a couple of glasses of excellent Veuve Cliquot Champagne ($22) and one of Alamos Malbec ($12) we ordered the Skirt Steak dinner ($27) and the Cobb Salad Dinner ($19) because we were having such a good time in... We took advantage of the Monday deal where two people dine for $49 and it also includes a bottle of wine. I had a skirt steak with Brussels sprouts which were delicious. The salad came after the main dish which was kind of disappointing. I mentioned it to the waitress but she didn't seem too concerned about it. Service was... More
