Description: The menu at Paul Martin’s consists of dishes aimed at taking diners back...
The menu at Paul Martin’s consists of dishes aimed at taking diners back to the American farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, fish from conscientious fishmongers, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors and custom-made bread from expert bakers. The California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State’s fruitful vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. And behind Paul Martin’s elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of local craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes. Good times and thoughtful food are a way of life at Paul Martin’s local, American Bistro.

Great restaurand and good food

I went to this nice American restaurant for my niece's graduation celebration from high school. I had the blackened ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and my daughter had the braised ribs with mashed potatoes. My sister and her family ordered the shrimps for appetizers. A month doesn't go by without one or more visits to this restaurant. It is a good place to dine alone, as a couple, with a big group of friends, or with family. At happy hour which is Monday-Sunday until 7pm, it is one of the best food and drink values in any city, hands-down! The happy hour menu is... More

Great Marguerite's. Cater to the younger crowd. My group had nothing but complaints about the food. The dip sandwich was the winner!.very pricey for mediocre food. Worst cold french fries. Salads unimpressive. The bar area was overcrowded so I assume they're known for their cocktails. My Marguerite' was outstanding. They know how to make drinks! Fun place for the youth of... More

Paul Martin's is a classy, upscale bistro. The food is outstanding - one of the best upscale burgers in town, fantastic flank steak and excellent assortment of desserts. Fresh and wonderful!

By far one of the most romantic restaurants in Roseville, like fine dining in Vegas. Amazing service, beautiful decor, clean, perfect menu. But for $120 for date night, I expect amazing food too. The bread was hard and cold, the soup was under seasoned, and my steak was literally drowning in oil on the plate. So it may be great... More

Went with friends on a Sunday night. Great happy hour prices and drinks before 7 daily. Good martini. Three of us had the prime rib special, great flavor, good sized portions, well prepared. The 4th one had cedar planked salmon that was fabulous, moist and well seasoned. The chocolate ice cream and chocolate cakes are worth every calorie. Service was... More

Went here with friends for dinner and had an excellent meal and even better service! We will be back to try other items from the menu! Go on a Monday night when they offer a half price wine bottle.

We have been to Paul Martins on three occasions. Each time we have been impressed with the food and the choices on the menu. The wine selection is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. We were very pleased when we sat outside. A pleasant and enjoyable evening. We will visit again.

Had a dinner reservation for 8 and we got sat at 830. The service was good but the food was not. Used to be classier with filets and such. We ordered burgers and salad and could of got better ones at bjs or red robin.
