The fulton ave location is much much better. The staff is nicer, the service is faster and the attitude of the staff doesn't make you feel like a bother. The food is always pretty good especially salads. The only real issue with Jack's is the fact that they charge so much for their food like their tiny sandwhich. they are... More

While shopping at The Fountains in Roseville, CA. on a visit to Sacramento, we took a break for lunch at Jack's Urban Eats. I had a Reuben sandwich which was definitely in the top 5 of Reubens I have ever eaten. We also splurged on the Urban Fries which were not diet-friendly, but worth the tons of calories! There wasn't... More

Well, there are other tasty-sounding items on the menu but the reason we go is for the salads. There is a very nice variety of salads, with and without meats, made one-at-a-time in a large stainless steel bowl with fresh ingredients while you watch. Always wonderful combinations of ingredients and dressings, artfully prepared; the preparers encourage customizing the salad to... More

Jack's in Roseville does a good job filling the space between fast food and a casual sit down restaurant. The food, particularly the fresh carved meats and salads is good and they offer some interesting menu items. The seating is good at the Roseville location, with the option to sit outside on the patio. The line at Jack's can get... More

I miss the true "mixed geens" like they used to have. Now it's mostly Romaine with only a couple pieces of healthier types of lettuce thrown in. But that is the only thing I order because they do have a large variety of toppings and the Balsamic dressing is good. I eat here fairly regularly because it is close to... More

Friends wanted to go here so we joined them. You walk up to the counter to order and once your order is placed and paid for, they give you a number to place on your table. Food arrived in a timely manner; presentation was just okay. Had to pay about two bucks extra for french fries which were your basic... More

We miss the Counter, and we finally got around to trying its replacement, Jack's. We arrived hungry, and left disappointed. We were kind of surprised, since this is basically a sliced meat place. You wait in line to order at a counter, then scramble to find a table. Some food is given to you when you pay, and other stuff... More

Always like designing my own salad here with their expansive salad options. I like their Balsamic dressing. Others in my party tried the Turkey Berry sandwich on a wheat bun which they found delicious. I hear they have very special fries here with a yummy sauce. I saw lots of customers trying these out! Maybe next time... Lucky for us... More

The turkey-berry sandwich was mostly dark meat and had chunks of fat. I thought it was disgusting. I won't be returning to Jack's.

We opt to go here when we want a sit down salad or sandwich type meal. Food is fresh & tastes good, they are about as quick as a fast food restaurants.
