I used to eat here frequently right after it opened. It was vibrant, food was great, staff was enthused. I moved further away so have not been to the restaurant for several years. When I had a chance, I was very excited and what a disappointment. The staff seemed tired and lethargic and the food was unappetizing and tasted sour.... More

It was a very warm day and I decided to take my three daughters to lunch. It was a nice treat to go back to PF Chang's since I had not been there in quite a while. Everything we ordered including my chicken lettuce wraps was delicious. There was a mild mixup in the type of garden rolls I ordered... More

If you ask the Chinese they will say this is not Chinese food. I don't know as i haven't tried an authentic Chinese food. Nevertheless, i love the food i get here. I have tried several dishes and trust none were bad. This is one of the few places where i feel comfortable trying the unknown. This is my favorite... More

This place is good to eat with groups, and they have a quick and efficient service, with a smile (usually). The value for money is good, the choices are plenty, but the meals themselves are bland, no interesting sauces, with little reference to the genuine Asian meal. It's in a handy location near the Galleria.

P.F. Chang's has been a trusted restaurant for great food and service wherever we have stopped. This stop was no exception. The server was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. She was attentive to the gluten-free needs of my wife. There was even a special menu listing for such needs. She had one menu selection altered to meet specific needs. The ambiance... More

My overall impression of this restaurant is not good -- nicer atmosphere than usual for a Chinese restaurant, food is way too Americanized (everything is sweet), service was terrible (long wait after we were seated and a knife from a passing waiter was projected at my husband and fell on his foot), we weren't offered the soup that came with... We dine here often and have always had a great meal. Last night we tried a chopped chicken salad with the creamy ginger dressing. It was amazing! We always have the dumplings and ask that they be deep fried,so delicious. And we always bring a bottle of Gamba old vine Zinfandel, it pairs so well with the spicy food. Thanks again... More

This P.F. Chang's is particularly good. Clean and comfortable. However, don't expect "authentic" Chinese food. This play is about as Chinese as McDonalds is. It is, however, delicious. Typically, if there is a Changs in town, I usually check them out.

We were really disappointed in this establishment. Having eaten in there restaurants all over the west coast it felt like we were not in a p f Changs. They were obviously understaffed. We sat for at least 15 minutes before someone taking our drink orders. And the a long wait for the drinks to arrive. The food was average, nothing... More

Came in during lunch and had a variety of items. The food was okay, but the service was poor. Had to ask for items repeatedly and waited 20 minutes just to get the bill...which was wrong, of course!
