What happened to this place? It used to be one of our favorites. Food is good (although a bit over priced), but they have stripped down the atmosphere...as if there was a new owner who wanted to change things just to change things. Totally bland and generic now. Bread basket has changed (didn't have my favorites). Not sure it's worth... More

While Mimi's is not the quietest restaurant (we were there for Sunday Brunch), the quality of the food was excellent. We had seven people in our party and every single person raved about their meal.

We stopped for a "light lunch." We got a good lunch, but it was not light. Because they include a large muffin with each meal, and the portions are substantial, we were obliged to either eat too much or take home some. It's an encouragement for frugality, but personally I would prefer it if they offered some lighter fare.

Mimi's décor is the same but their menu got a makeover. We have only dined at breakfast and lunch so cannot speak to dinner menu. Good selection, service and food. My husband adored the bouillabaisse and I enjoyed the blue cheese, walnut and strawberry very much.

The boullabaise was good. Hot and well prepared, and medium sized portion. My wife had the seafood crepes, which were well prepared. The staff were attentive, even though we were in a quiet corner booth. We wish there were more family restaurants of this quality.

Have been to Mimi's here several times as well as other locations. Service here is always good and good is fine. For the price, it is a good family restaurant.

We had four different meals and each one was terrible. The salmon was dry, the pasta was watery, and the other two meals were tasteless.

My wife and I went to Mimi's for breakfast the other day. I had the avocado, mushroom and mozzarella omelet which was good but not great, accompanied by some tasteless rye toast. My wife had the homemade corned beef has and eggs. I tasted her corned beef hash-pretty good; her eggs looked undercooked, which she complained about. The service was... More

The atmosphere is friendly, the room attractive, and the menu is about what you would expect in a family-style coffee shop. Nothing here to rave about, but nothing to complain about eiher.

We have visited this cafe whilst staying in Roseville on an annual basis for the past 8 years. We always have brunch here and always ask for a lovely waitress/server called Carrie who caters to our British idiosynchrasies. Huge portions and good value for money. If visiting on a Sunday for brunch, expect to book or wait as this is... More
