Our experience at Johnny Garlic's was excellent. The variety of items was great. Something for everyone on their menu. We ordered the Calamari appetizer. Their dipping sauce is really good. It is not the standard red sauce. The quantity of food was good. We didn't try the spicy fries, but may next time. Their staff is incredibly friendly. Anyone you... More

Anything with garlic is always a plus for me. A friend and I were celebrating my birthday and Guy's restaurant was one we wanted to try since we both like garlic. I ordered the fried calamari and ahi tacos appetizers as a meal with a side of spinach (with garlic). My friend ordered the ribs entree with an artichoke hearts... More

I know people like this restaurant because it's a Guy Fieri concept. But whatever his concept was, it's translating to a muddled, middling mess. Yes, there is garlic here, but often times, it is not incorporated into dishes with any subtlety or deftness. Many dishes are so commonplace (Ahi, anyone?) you might order them thinking that Guy has put his... More

The food here is always top notch! The last time we were in (it is a regular) Guy came in to check out the troops. It was easy to see why the food and service is always so great as he has eyes on the operation and catches every small details of the operation. If you get close, you must... More

Over priced for average food. Noisy. Don't sit in booth if your above average, even slightly. Friendly service. Clean. Attentive.

We moved from socal to Roseville and were worried about finding neat places to eat. We actually were excited when we found this place and gave it two tries. The first was so-so and this last one was awfull. The food was ok, not great but not bad. I had salmon which was fine, husbands steak was way overcooked. The... More

We visited friends in Roseville over the weekend, and had never been to a Johnny Garlic's before. Four of us sat in the bar area, and the service was second to none. Our waters were always full, and within seconds of our drinks being finished our bartender/waiter was there for a second order. We had flatbread pizza (delicious), Sliders (awesome),... More

Last night we went to Johnny Garlic’s for dinner with friends to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is fairly new but the atmosphere was very nice and the people very friendly. I had the 1933 OG Mai Tai from the Kraft Kocktail menu and it was very unique and delicious, and I usually do not rave about cocktails. We started... More
