Despite being assured the wait was 20 mins. it was 45mins. before we got seated, then another 10 mins. before the server came for our order. Thought it would be a snap ordering since their menu had photos of most of the popular dishes. But was rather dismayed when the Jelly-fish Salad they served looked so different from the pix.... More

Mediocre is a stretch! Visited this week for Dim Sum after reading about it in the LA Time's 101 Review. Friday at 12pm - no line. That's a warning! Most of our food was served cold or barely warm. No carts? Well, food must be precooked and just sitting in the kitchen without the use of the steam carts to... More

We went to Sea Harbour in Rosemead, CA 7/20/2014 for dim sum when I searched the net and found it to be #1 by LAWeekly's top 10 list in 2012. Based on price, it was disappointing. We had 13 dishes of dim sum and fried rice, nearly $100 with tips out the door. To me, 蝦餃 - "Har Gow" (shrimp... More

Overall this a very good place. Some of the dishes we had were really excellent. Unlike some other dim sum restaurants they do not have carts here. You order the dim sum from the menu. I found this slowed down the process. At some other places I have been to the moment you are seated you are ready to eat.... More

Had the opportunity to try this truly authentic Chinese Dim Sum restaurant while on a business lunch with clients from the area. Our guests had been here many times and handled all the ordering for us which was good because this our first experience with a totally dim sum lunch. They ordered plate after plate for us, shrimp, pork, egg,... More

This is one of the best dim sum experiences I've had. Went with a few people and ordered quite a few plates. Each one was well-prepared and delicious. Be prepared for a wait; this is one popular restaurant. I recommend Sea Harbour!

Very good at seafood for dinner. Great service. If you don't mind spending a bit more than usual for Chinese food, this is a great place.

I drove out to Rosemead to check out the soon to be closed Bahooka Tiki restaurant, but the wait for a table was over two hours long. So after grabbing a couple fruity cocktail drinks, we decided to get dinner at one of the area's famous and authentic Chinese restaurants. We'd heard of Sea Harbour and drove down the street... More

This is a nice sea-food restaurant with beautiful setting, better than most similar Chinese restaurant. We came here for dinner, not dimsum. We 6 ordered mincd beef & egg white soup(classic Cantonese soup), Sea Harbour Chicken topped with green onions & ginger root(assumed it's their Specialty carrying their store's name), steamed pork bean curd with spicy(some said it's a Portuguese dish),sea... It is one of the highly regarded seafood restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. Mostly known for their fresh seafood and Hong Kong style dim sum. We had ordered 2 crabs and geoduck and it seems like we were not given the entire crab and geoduck even though we are paying for the whole. We noticed that we were missing... More
