I've been to several better known Chinese restaurants in metro LA, this one is clearly the WINNER. No wonder the other guys are doing $1.75 for most Dim Sum these days, while Sea Harbour didn't have to join the price war. As one of A Yat's franchise restaurants, people can assume its high quality and more-than-average price. Granted, this dim sum place is probably one of the best ones in LA. BEST DIM SUM Place EVER! Shrimp dumplings are seriously made with only BIG shrimp (I LOVE shrimps). The bitter squash greenish round looking dessert is YUMMY! If you ever travel to LA, MUST TRY! Pricey but it's worth it. more

We dine at the Sea Harbour branch in Rowland Heights (Nogales exit off 60 freeway, in 99 Ranch Market Plaza) about once a month. The dim sum is exceptional, but very pricey.
