We stopped at this Outback for dinner while staying in Rohnert Park last week, touring Sonoma and Napa Counties. While the service was good, the steaks, their featured item, just didn't even come up to average. My wife had the sirloin and I had a ribeye; they were both done right, but just did not have a good steak flavor... More

Despite being a "Steakhouse" there is actually something for just about everyone on the menu. Even vegetarians. I had the talapia with crab meat. Generous serving. Vegetables are served very fresh. Pasta selections are a good choice for non meat eaters. Some of the meat selections are a little frugal on the portion size. Over all though would recommend.

The last time I was at Outback, a couple years ago, I didn't really care for it - steak had a very salty seasoning. Since it had been a while, I was willing to try it again. Went on a Sunday and they have happy hour all day (which includes evening). I ordered the filet and lobster with stuffed baked... More

I am very sensitive to MSG. I ALWAYS ask the waiter or manager before I order at any restaurant. On 5-9-2014 I ate at the Outback in Las Cruces, NM. Of course I asked, and was told no MSG used. That was a lie! I had one of the worst MSG reactions ever. 24 hours later, still sick. Those of... More

Nice family atmosphere. Steaks come out as you order. Good flavor and appearance. The seared ahi tuna appetizer is delicious- the sauce makes it! Great brown bread and butter, plentiful salads. It's hard to save room for dessert but if you can, get the chocolate tower cake. Moist, chocolaty, not your typical dried out restaurant cake.

Sunday dinner with my Mom is usually one of four restaurants in RP and this is on the rotation. Service tonight was a disappointment. The food was good (Mom and I both ordered the Chicken on the Barbie). It was cooked as ordered and was tasty. Few disappointments: Ranch dressing (that I LOVE) and found out is made here daily,... I took my son, grandson, daughter-in-law, & wife to Outback. 2 of 5 of us got what was ordered. I ordered a Caesar salad was never delivered, son had ordered a baked potato with NO bacon - wife informed waitress that he does not eat pork - potato was served with bacon - excuse was that that chives button was... First thing there was a hair in our blooming onion. And we told our server about it and he did nothing, Then my steak which was a filet and I ask for medium well and it came like a flatted piece of shoe leather, And my baked potato was stone cold. So I got the manager and he said almost... More

Many, many times, family events -- never knew the piece the meat, in this case prime rib. Huge puncture holes in meat, server said 'tenderizing'. Even Costco tells you when they do this. Look at May 2013 pub .. Definitely not good ... Raise the price 50 cent or $1.00. Not going back until no longer the practice.
