Sunday Brunch, OH Yeah!

My wife and I were married at the Mission Inn, so we have made it our tradition to have Sunday Brunch the weekend of our anniversary. So far, we are at 3 years and counting. It's a bit pricey, but we don't do it but the one time per year. Food and service are always on point with no quality... read more

We went after an 8th grade graduation for lunch.. The buffet was bland and very disappointing. The carrot cake was very dry, the chees cake was bland. There were 12 of us and everyone was disappointed in the food. For the cost we wished we ate some place else. Also they need to do something the umbrellas do not help... More

This is a nice place to have a business meeting or a quiet night out. The food is good though a little pricey. One secret - this is one of the few places in downtown that stays open late. I have enjoyed walking around downtown then popping in here for a last minute dessert or chat with friends.

clean, friendly, high quality. Many of the dishes that have cheese is goat cheese. (BTW not my favorite)

Loved being about to eat outside and enjoy the scenery of the hotel. The waitstaff was very attentive, moved an umbrella to protect us from the sun. Portions were generous.

This hotel setting is the best in southern California. My favorite place to eat is on the patio both lunch and dinner. Winter or summer the food and atmosphere is the greatest. The only thing that can top this is a night in the Alhambra Suite. Sooo Romantic.

As part of the "Experience History Under the Stars" package at the hotel, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Mission Inn restaurant. We chose to sit outside in the beautiful Spanish Patio with fountains, flowers, and little birds to keep us company! The menu for the package was outstanding (much better than we had expected). The choices for the... More

We stayed in one of the cheaper classic rooms, but were not disappointed. We could see the bell tower out of our window. I loved the architecture and character. Really wish we had allowed ourselves more time to explore this fabulous hotel, there is a tour that you can take. Family managed to get in an evening swim in the... More

This is an old and grand hotel. The decor is outstanding. We have visited here before and this time we went for dinner. There were four of us and we will decided to have the prime rib buffet special. It was excellent food. The problem with buffets are twofold: you have to serve yourself by getting up and walking around... More

We have lived in the Riverside area for 10 years and never tire from visiting the Mission Inn. This historic hotel is beautiful. The restaurants are great (our favorite is Las Tres Companas), the lounge, with live music on the weekend, the fabulous and bountiful Sunday Brunch (a little pricey but nice for a special occasion), Kelly's Spa, Casey's Cupcakes...
