I bit pricey but the ambiance of eating at the Mission Inn is always a bit pricey. It was a hot summer evening and my friend and I did not have to wait for an outdoor table. I do wish they had an indoor area for summer. However, the chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. I had a huge,... More

A great setting, outside and in the very front of the Mission Inn. It is easy to find and has many great selection of original Mexican food. They make the best guacamole at the table side and service is impeccable. Don't miss the grounds or inside the Inn itself, if you have time go visit the church, it is beautiful.

Our visits usually are impromptu and although without having reservations, we've never waited. Coming in from the hot weather, Las Campanas' atmosphere transports you to a green oasis where you are surrounded by vegetation. If you go in the winter or when is getting colder, the outdoor heating and the great food warms you up! Great food and service! And... More

My title says it all......seriously, save your money for somewhere else. I have to grant them that we appeared later in the evening for dinner, so I actually thought of giving this place two stars....but after careful thought, it wouldn't be fair to all those other two star places out there. We still waited for almost 15 minutes to be... More

We discovered Mission Inn when we were leaving from an overnight stop at the Courtyard at Marriot. We decided to walk around the beautiful grounds and as it was lunch time we decided to eat at the outside restaurant, Las Campanas. What a treat! Outside restaurant was gorgeous! We ordered the crispy tacos - my husband had chicken and I... More

Even though we live locally we often times skip the "touristy" places but we have been missing out on a wonderful little haven of peace within the historic Mission Inn. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed the margaritas very much but the ambiance was the winner. It was a 90+ degree day but with the umbrellas and all the... More

Good food, great atmosphere. You can't beat the Mission Inn for ambiance. If you're like me, the atmosphere in an eatery is a very close second to the quality of the food. In this case the ambiance might just out rank the food a scoch. They have all the regulars, tacos, etc. with a bit of an upscale flair, but... More

We decided to eat here as other reviews we had read said there is not much around the Mission Inn hotel. The outdoor seating was nice, liked the lights in the trees once it got dark. We basically had appetizers for dinner as we were not that hungry. Loved the white wine sangria and my husband liked his margarita. I... More

The food in this restaurant is different than traditional Mexican. My cheese enchilada had a green sauce and white cheese and it was very tasty. The chicken soft tacos were great and the rice and beans were good. The food is not as spicy and that might be why other reviewers thought it was bland. We enjoyed our meals and... More

Everything was excellent. The food, the atmosphere, the service, the drinks. The food was so simple and honest. The outdoor dining was spectacular. We loved every second of our time here. We didn't feel rushed or hurried. My wife and I enjoyed everything about our experience. We will come back here for sure. Fantastic Mexican cuisine with a wonderful ambience.
