Let's start with the words, "Best Chile Relleno in the County." As a connoisseur of Mexican food with favorite restaurants in Mexico and San Diego, Las Campanas is the best in Riverside County. It is located inside the historical Mission Inn with beautiful outdoor seating. My favorite time to visit is after the lights have been lit for the Festival... More

My wife and I ate at this restaurant for our anniversary and the food was great as well as the ambiance. It is an outdoor restaurant at the Mission Inn. The trees are lite up and the heaters were going which gave us a very comfortable experience while dining. The service was great except they brought my main course while... More

Just weeks after havering Sunday brunch at the historic Mission Inn in Riverside, I met old friends for lunch in the outdoor restaurant at the Mission Inn featuring Mexican food. The service was very slow - the young waitress was very forgetful. The food was bland and forgetful in its presentation and taste. It was expensive for the food received.... More

Food was delicious, not ordinary or mundane, but a real gourmet treat. Atmosphere and margueritas were icing on the cake!

It's outdoors and very picturesque. I can't say enough about how pleasant a courtyard it is with fountains and romantic lighting. Worth going for that reason alone. The food is standard gringo Mexican; it won't knock your socks off or anything but it's OK.

This is a very popular place, had a little bit of a wait even late evening on a Sunday night but it was worth it. The service was good and the food did not disappoint. A little on the pricey side but not to bad for what you get. Wife ordered a margarita and it was huge, I had to... More

I ate here during my recent stay at the Mission Inn Hotel and Spa. I was seated close the front entrance and the beautiful waterfall. I absolutely loved it. The Cadillac margarita aw amazing and the food was delicious. I ordered the tostada with grilled chicken breast. To my surprise, it came in a shell usually reserved for a "taco... More

Lunch was good, but slightly pricey. Beautiful location at Mission Inn. Worth a stop if you are in the area. Fun, but crowded Friday, Saturday, Sunday...easy parking and nice area to walk around in especially Monday through Thursday.

This place had the most incredible margaritas. However, make sure you don't order the grande if you're going to be driving that night, as its HUGE. Tacos were also pretty incredible. Pretty pricey, but worth it.

Normally, Las Campanas is an outside only restaurant; but, because of the heat (110 degrees) they served us inside the Presidential Lounge, which was delightful. Service was a bit off due to the relocation of seating for the restaurant but it certainly didn't take away from the smell, taste and experience. Food portions are large and from my perspective, unless... More
