I tried the Belgian waffles and my wife had the bacon and eggs.....mediocre is all I can say. The waffles were dry and overcooked, but the 7 berries that came with it were ok ---(yes, only 7 berries----do they ration berries in California now?). My wife's bacon and eggs were......bacon and eggs----nothing special here. We were surprised on two fronts.... More

Great atmosphere with good food and good service. Pricing is very reasonable. Food is cooked perfectly, aldente.. The inn provides an old world charm. Will come back before our trip is done.

Our server, Courtney was wonderful, as was all of the staff we experienced. Appetizers of Bruschetta and Caprese Salad were quite good. Fettucine Alfredo and Shrimp was scrumptious, as was the Sautéed Shrimp Pinturicchio. The waffling of fresh baking cupcakes from next door was so tempting, even though they are on the menu at Bella Trattoria, we had to wander... More

Stopped here on a whim to avoid the PM Riverside freeway nightmare and was more than pleasantly surprised. Courtney, our server, was professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks to our hostess for seating us near the sidewalk so our pooch could join us, albeit on the other side of the gate...perfectly fine, she loves greeting passersby. The food was great, presented... More

We came here with our family after looking at the lights at Christmas time. What a delightful restaurant. Despite the chilly night the patio was warm and cozy and we enjoyed a wonderful meal outside in the excitement of the holiday season. The service was good, but the food was great! We ordered a broad range of menu items and... More

This is one of my favorite lunch spots when I have a free afternoon to myself. It is mostly outdoor seating in the heart of Downtown Riverside. Fantastic ambiance and scenery. In spring the orange blossoms smell wonderful. I usually go with an Alfredo pasta and the sauce is wonderful. Nice spot to have dinner as well since they have... More

This is a nice indoor-outdoor corner of the Mission Inn on the mall. It is centrally located near many little things to do in the area. We prefer the outdoors just to watch the passer-bys on the mall. Christmas time is fantastic. Service is friendly, speedy, and attentive, as are all the Mission Inn restaurants. The food is great, and... More

Small, covered outside Italian restaurant in the best part of downtown Riverside, CA. I have eaten here many times lunch and dinner. Lovely little bistro with wonderful food, service and ambiance.......skip the house Pinot Noir expensive $16./glass and not worth it at all. Apparently a signature wine from the Robert's (owners) winery in Oregon. Poor representation of Pinot.

Went with a group from a conference and it took way too long overall to get our orders taken and served. But here is the most ridiculous part. Because we had more than 9 people someone had to put down a "deposit," (the restaurant management's term) that we later found out was non-refundable, which the management NEVER CLARIFIED in the... We have enjoyed there breakfast after our weekly outing to the Downtown Farmers Market. Had dinner before heading to the Fox Theater to catch a show. Tomato soup and lasagna are my favorites. Limited inside seating, but ample heaters outside to keep you warm.
