This place is awesome ! It's a little hard to get a table but once you're there, it's soooo good ! There are so many varieties of rolls, the chef makes them right before your eyes, and that spicy creamy sauce : DELICIOUS! Best japoneese food I ever tasted, I go there twice a month, only cuz I don't have... More

Was in the Riverside area for a few days so tried this place after reading lots of good reviews and wasn't disappointed! Went for lunch (around $17) and then came back the next evening for dinner (a few more $). Thankfully we were early for dinner because there was a long line to get in when we left. The wait... More

All you can eat. Don t let pretty pictures fool you. Canned tuna processed further with red sauce to make it look red like tuna. Please dont put eel in molases to make it taste sweet. I know the taste of molases and it is very prominent to me anywhere and everywhere you put it. Anyways, if you are on... More

This is truly the best AYCE sushi going. They don't bog the sushi down with rice and the rolls are fantastic. Great variety. Went at 8:00 and got in quickly. Awesome staff as well. The manager works really hard doing everything. Will definitely be back.

Asashi Sushi is the best all-you-can-eat (AYCE) sushi known to my existence! I was here on Friday night and found myself wanting more the very next day! It's that good! Even as I'm writing this review and recalling my experience, I'm getting hungry! Do not hesitate and be sure to get the AYCE special. Recommended Dishes: Sushi: - Salmon Rolls:... More

Asahi is an all you can eat sushi eatery. The quality and quantity of the offerings are very good. The only drawback is slow service when the restaurant is busy.

We were looking for a place for dinner on Christmas day. Most places were closed and we were ready to compromise on quality. But this place was open and turned out to be awesome. I highly recommend the lobster roll. The place was noisy but not obnoxious. Service was good even though the place was crowded.

There are actually two restaurants, both with the same name. The original is the one in Riverside and was later sold. I guess the new owners kept the name. The original owner started up a new restaurant in Corona off off McKinley and it is just as good as the original. The sushi is of the highest quality and is... More

The original Asahi began in Riverside on Van Buren until about a year ago. Since it's been sold, I haven't been there. I followed the owner to his new store in Corona off McKinley. So I can't review Asahi in Riverside but I can however review Asahi in Corona. It's as great if not better than it has been in... More

An "all you can eat" sushi place in a strip mall in the middle of Riverside? When I first heard of this I thought "how could this possibly be good?" I was dead wrong. The sushi is excellent and the service outstanding. We must have eaten $70-$80 worth of sushi for only $42 ($21 pp, ) the service was excellent.... More
