I love this place for a lunch once in a while when I want to feel like a splurge..I always get the naked lobstah roll with two sides of cole slaw (no fries) and a glass of sauvignon blanc..sit outside on a picnic table and imagine the sea air. It is tunky but oh so good at at lunch can... More

WENT TO fisherman's Wharf in SF. It was absolutely crazy. Parking was $4.50 per half hour. Dissappointed so we headed back to our motel and just took a chnce by getting off in Redwood, CA. Was very well surprized. We found this place and it was outstanding. Not fancy but the food and service is unbelieveable. The Shrimp and oyster... More

Having lived in New England for the past 35 years, I have eaten a few lobster (lobstah) rolls in that period of time. Now that we live in CA, I was delighted to discover this gem of a place which will definitely satisfy that lobstah roll craving whenever it pops up. They do a great job!

This is a locals favorite. It is a little hard to find. It is tucked into a strip mall that belies the food, but don't let that fool you. The food here is excellent. The only reason I didn't rate the restaurant as excellent is because of its front end -- it is quite popular and so there is frequently... More

We ate lunch here a few days ago as my daughter (who lives in the area) had been to before. It's one of those places that you wouldn't give a second glance to since it is located in a strip mall behind/ next to an In N Out burger. Give it a second glance (or three or four)! They fly... More

It s a cute enough little spot, very casual plastic fork kind of casual. We went we a group which was a bad idea. Not only do they not talk reservations you cant get a table till you have ordered. The lobster was shipped in from New England. Not what I'm looking for when I want fresh seafood.

Went to this place after finding it on tripadvisor. Very good food in an easy going atmosphere. I sat outside in the sun and had a great Clam Showder to start with and a full main Lobster. The only thing I can not get used to is to eat Frensh Fries to Lobster... I will come back!

We love coming here to Redwood City because of Old Port Lobster Shack. It's a nice find for sea food lovers and well worth the price.

This a routine stop for me now .,great food at a reasonable price . Not a fancy place , picnic tables is the norm inside but you will not be disappointed with the food . The service is also outstanding . You will not even have to go get drink refills . Great place that I go to every trip... More

Old Port Lobster Shack is tucked away in a small strip mall,a real hidden gem for fans of east coast fresh lobster. I sampled a few different menu items on two separate dining occasions. The lobster rolls are delicious, taste the same as what you would find in the new england area and the prices are about the same as what... More
