Great food and service here

Especially enjoyed the French press coffeeat breakfast and the charcuterie plate is excellent. We also had drinks in the bar. Server was nice but she had no idea how to use a waiters corkscrew to open the bottle - sprayed the wine everywhere when pulling out thr cork.

We ordered the basic cheeseburger and their french onion soup, and it was top notch. We didn't feel up for the price tags offered on the menu, but we were pleasantly surprised and it turned out to be one of the best burgers I've had. Also ordered a fruit plate and was pleased that the fruit was ripe and sweet.

Our family made a meal just with the small plates of appetizers and salads. Excellent wine list and fine fresh-baked breads for the table.

It is not bad wine, but the prices are very high. The caramel scallops are amazing and worth trying.

This in hotel restaurant turned out to be a great location for a small business dinner. The food was excellent though a little pricey as expected. The service was perfect. The salmon itself was the best I have had in a while though the bed of couscous with mushrooms was not my style, I am sure it was great for... More

Good food however, not for the American standard. The service was good because of some but unfortunately, other servers need to be on the ball. We were lectured we could not have a water bottle for it was CA conservation practice that we are only given water when requested. Then the other table gets a water bottle. Just don't underestimate... More

We were seated in a lovely booth that provided a measure of privacy but also great views of the room and the outdoors beyond. Our waiter Benny was knowledgeable, gracious and very humorous. The cocktails were amazing, the skill of a great bartender at his finest. The food was outstanding, from soup to salad to entrees. The best scallops ever,... More

The decor is pleasing and the setting overlooking a lagoon filled with water birds is quite attractive. The service is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the food at the breakfast buffet, while tasty was cold. Dinner the prior evening was disturbed by the location next to the large lounge lobby. It was filled with a noisy reception which made conversation at... More

There is a larger variety of food for breakfast and all is prepared very well. The dinner menu needs to have a few ordinary selections added, instead of consisting of only specialized items.

I ate here while staying at the hotel - since there isn't much else around the area, it's an easy choice. However keep in mind that this is a high-end hotel... and a pricey restaurant. At the same time, it was delicious!
