The best known around here for POPUSAS...special traditional Salvadoran dish made of thick, hand-made corn tortilla… It takes a while to be served…they prepare food from a scratch. It is not your typical fast food takeria… Interior of restaurant is ugly but food will make you smile. Try their chicken or beef soups…they feed 2 people.

Yes, the place is run down, dark and self serve. But the food, oh the food! The best thing to eat that I found are the pupusas - with the delicious and spicy cabbage slaw on top they are to die for. They have excellent Papusas. That's the only thing I've eaten there. You can find Mexican food everywhere, but good Papusas are hard to find! I think they're the best I've had!

The food is delicious, I wish they would phase out the styrofoam containers though.

Great food - love their bistec encebellado and the fruit drinks. It's a dive, low/no service, and could use some renovation. But prices are cheap and tons to eat.
