Good food and endearing service

I ordered food for delivery through Bangkok Bay's website (serviced by Order Ahead). The food arrived hot and it was some of the best Thai food I've had. Perfectly spicey at spice level 1, lots of pumpkin and lots of veggies (I am vegetarian). I also had the pineapple fried rice which was great. We got the dessert "triple delight"... More

What a wonderful surprise! We've been driving by this restaurant for 18 years and just popped in last night for the first time. Fresh and flavorful...we enjoyed the red curry with chicken, the yellow curry chicken, the angel wings, the drunken noodles with beef and the honey glazed grilled pork. Great staff, welcoming and attentive.

As soon as we entered this restaurant, we knew the reviews on Trip Advisor were correct! The restaurant was packed with people not only at the tables but people who were waiting for takeout. I love Drunken Noodles with tofu and yes, they made it for me very spicy. My partner had Tom Yum soup and a minced chicken dish.... More

The foods are greasy and spicy. But if you like spicy foods, you'll love this restaurant. Nice and clean. Interior décor made you feel like you were in Thailand.

This restaurant has small parking lot, but it is located near a public parking lot. All the dishes we ordered were very good, including: Pineapple Fried Rice with crab; 3-Flavored fish; Prawns in clay pot; Pad thai with tofu; Grilled rack of lamb in Penang curry with vegetables. The staff was friendly and attentive.

In a street full of restaurants, locals favor this light, bright and efficient restaurant with great food. We went there recently at lunch during a break from court, and had a great meal for four, piping hot, delivered fast, at a good price. There are other Thai and Vietnamese restaurants very close by, but this seems to be favored by... More

Bangkok is my go-to place for excellent Thai food. Great pumpkin curry! Nice vegetarian options, friendly staff. When I hosted my own Thai dinner for friends they helped me out with some ingredients I couldn't get at the Asian market…they grow their own kaffir limes! Parking can be an issue, but I usually find street parking on Broadway across El... More

Like everyone else says - looks can be deceiving. Looks dumpy from the street but inside you wouldn't realize it's right next to El Camino. Remarkably never seems busy - waitstaff very quick and attentive. Food is delicious - great variety. We go back about once a month and I regularly have my work meetings catered by them (also great... We are new to the area and this restaurant was recommended by one of our new neighbors. But I could also see that there were many fans of this restaurant by looking at Trip Advisor and Yelp. I have been twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and I definitely agree with high ratings I've seen on line. Food... More
