When he offered his workers a free lunch his Hispanic workers chose this establishment and it has been a favorite of his ever since. The food is great and premium pints only cost $3.50 (at the time). Service is not one of their stronger traits... More

good, authentic Mexican Food at reasonable prices. $1.50 buys you one small taco, but they are very filling, and you can choose from a wide variety of meats. An extensive menu from frescas to vegetarian with an assortment in between.

El Grullense began as a taco truck business, then a small restaurant, then another, and now a large restaurant. You still order at the counter and food is brought to you. The selection is overwhelming on a large display board, so it takes a couple of visits to get oriented. Drinks range from aqua fresco to sodas and beer. The... More

There are a couple of families and a couple of grullense chains. Grullense means stork. This particular one - an E&E one - has passable tacos but really go to "old grullense" about a block south on the other side of the street. That's the best one.

I mean the restroom looked horrible and the prices were out of control. I will never eat there again. There are a couple more of... More

There are tacos, sopes, quesadillas, tortas, and burritos, and that's pretty much it. The tacos are delicious and cheap, and all the... More

Place is in central location close to Downtown making a great restaurant to stop by an enjoy some great tacos, burritos, and tortas. Fast and friendly service. Con: kind of small place, so seating sometimes is a hassle
