Great Atmosphere and Margaritas

Visited Milagros for the first time with my wife and two children, ages 9 and 3. Everyone seems to love it, but I've eaten there twice and wished I'd gone to the little place behind Harry's Hofbrau. (forgot the name) Better food and better price.

It was really busy and crowded because of Cinco de Mayo. We ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas good for 2 people. That was the best thing on the menu. They don't have burritos on the menu considering this is a Mexican restaurant, that is pretty basic. I thought the drinks were way over priced. For beer on tap it... More

Milagros offers good variety of drinks, all very tasteful. We stuck with small bites and appetizers, they were all good. But the star was still the drink selection. The selection of margaritas was my favorite part. The decor is very interesting and ambiance very pleasant. The service was alright, and so was the music. Wish we could be seated on... More

They FINALLLLY brought back the Mahi Tostado salad. Thank you so much! This was a staple on the menu for years and they removed it. One of the best dishes they have so for sure. I will now go back on a regular basis because they added. Couple of things to point out: very family oriented (clientele) on a Friday... More

One was better than the next... or is that no one was better than the next. They were all good, and my granddaughter loved the carrots and humus she was immediately served.

Milagros has the nicest veranda dining in the Redwood City area. It's nice to bask under the sun and enjoy good food and a margarita. The restaurant can accommodate large parties, so it's a good venue for celebrations. Portions are generous and the price is right.

Food is ok, is a bit noisy and crowded for my tastes. nice outside seating area, and conveniently near downtown redwood city.

I like the most recent menu. Currently fixated on enchiladas del mar. Good chips. It's a busy place and the service staff, while nice, always feels like they're focused on turning tables. It can be loud -- it's not an intimate dining experience.
