Chantilly is a formal dining restaurant. I usually order the scampi and an interesting salad. I like both of them so much that Gus (owner) knows what to have ready when my husband and I walk in the door. The service is excellent AND friendly. Upstairs is a large room for a private party. Very helpful in time of family... More

I had dinner with a long time friend who is a frequent guest of this restaurant. I got there early and had a drink at the bar. The bar tenders and servers were very friendly, The owner came over and recommended a particular champagne which I enjoyed. He asked me if I was dining with someone and I said yes.... More

You will experience past and present. Table, decoration makes me feel that I may live in mid of 20 century but, food is awesome! Appetizer, salad, entree and dessert are very delicious. I felt the shelf's pride and craftmanship. You will make special memory with your family, lover or customer there!

I went to Chantilly to celebrate a friends birthday and was impressed by the outstanding quality of the food and the overall presentation by the staff plus great wine selection but compare to LA ( where I'm from ) it is a bit overpriced in my opinion ;)

Chantilly is one of our favorite restaurants! It is so hard to find true elegance in a restaurant any more but Chantilly embodies it. Gus and his staff are truly professionals and the food is consistently outstanding. In the past I've brought several of my friends (all of us in our 40's) and everyone has always joined me in raving... More

My husband took me here for Mother's Day. Since we were the 1st patrons to arrive we got to pick our seat (btw we did have reservations) & of course we selected the table next to the fireplace. The restaurant is beautiful. I ordered the braised ribs w/ plum glaze. I thought I had died & gone to heaven; could... More

This restaurant gives you the kind of experience you will only find in the best. From the valet parking to the interior ambiance and the greeting from the host, you kind of know your meal will be special. The tables have cloth covers with quality utensils, there is a flower on the table. You are then approached by a most... More

I was familiar with Chantilly restaurant and enjoyed their food, but not this time. We celebrated New Year at Chantilly restaurant. The food was less than mediocre. The appetizer that I chose (with the recommendation of our waiter) was ravioli, The three lonely ravioli did not look appetizing or taste good. the spinach salad came with a dressing that was... For years I took clients to Chantilly to impress them with an elegant decir and a well prepared dinner. This year we (three couples) spent our New Years Eve there. The restaurant was full, which may account for our disappointment with the food. On the other hand, perhaps the sous chef took the night off and only the meat chef was... More
