A Little different menu

you can find many different dishes to try, as well as the normal Chinese plates. A wee bit noisy at times, when there is a full house. But worth the noise.

We came here for dinner on a rainy Friday night. The place is packed with customers from a private party on one side and other regular customers like us on the other side. There was complete anarchy on the part of the management. The person behind the cashier do not pay any attention not attempt to have a wait list... More

My coworkers and I have dined here many times for lunch, and loved the food, service, decor and ambiance every single time. We were looking for great Chinese cuisine, and when we saw that Crouching Tiger was highly rated on both the Zagat and the Michelin restaurant guides, we knew we should try it. That was several years ago, and... More

The service is a bit "special" but food is amazing. We really like it. Spicy. Juicy. Fresh. Crunchy. The dumplings are great and portions are huge. Chicken sezuan is my favorite.

The food was very good. We liked their hot and sour soup. The small complementary turnip pickle was delicious (I guess it not be to everyone's liking, though). I'd go back to the place again. Parking on the street is free after 6pm.

Crouching Tiger is a very attractive restaurant on Broadway in Redwood City with easy parking. Their spices and sauces are unique and the food tastes as if a great deal of thought went into their menu. I had just eaten there once when I found out I had Celiac and had to give up gluten. On a whim I called... More

Used to be better, but still has very good Chinese food - the best in the area. Would be better if they delivered.

We belong to a group called ACCT (Association of Chinese Cooking Teachers) that has turned into a social eating group. We are not Asian but you couldn't tell by the smiles on our faces. A group of about 70 of use had a 14 course dinner tonight. Each dish was the some of the finest that we have eaten. Chicken,... More

I used to really like this place. The last few times have been ok. Last night we tried to order some take out. We were told to go to a counter where we watched a few employees fighting about some take out orders. After being uncomfortable watching the ongoing battle, we tried again to order from a waitress who pointed... More

Delicious food with tons of vegetarian and fake-meat options. Hot and sour soup was both hot and sour, and the presence of white pepper and vinegar on the table made it even more so. We only stopped in for lunch so didn't get to sample more than a couple of dishes, but what we had was fresh and wonderfully flavored.... More
