I love this café!!! They have the best desserts!!! You can dine indoors or outside. It's perfect for a warm night to enjoy desserts out doors. The atmosphere is great. It's not just great desserts but the food is good as well!

La tartine has the best pastries I have had in redwood city. Also, they make fries (sweet potato and French) that are perfectly crispy. They have amazing cream puffs and lemon bars, along with numerous other sweet. This is the best choice of food/ a light snack that is near the movie theater. Great location and amazing food.

I mostly eat light and they have a wonderful variety of healthy light items. I have eaten their salads, breakfast egg dishes. I usually bring home one of their deserts for later.

Not too many dessert places are open for a cup of coffee and a pastry in the late evening after a good movie or a play (Redwood City has both with three live theaters and a 20 screen multiplex). Tartine is a welcome option. There are always ample delicious selections of pastry and very good coffee and outstanding tea. No... More

The Greek Omelet is delicious! Their coffee has one free refill. Nice open ambiance that features the paintings of local artists. Both indoor and outdoor seating ... Free wifi makes it a place people can sit and work for hours ... will come back here again and again =)

This is a great place to eat after going to the movie theatre across the street. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Large, fresh salads with microgreens and house-made dressing. Omelettes and quiche for breakfast. French pastries galore. It's a very casual restaurant, i.e. order at the counter and the food is brought to your table on a tray. But... More

Carmens bread pudding is the best Iv'e ever had anywhere. The slice is big and for only $4.00. They also have outdoor seating with heaters.

Whether you want soup, salad , or sandwich, or good deserts, you wont be disappointed, A very casual up to the counter and order, and they give you a number and will find you, whether your outside or inside. A good place to go when you want casual.

It's not fancy, except for the desserts, but it is a very nice environment. Seating outside and opened sliding windows is heaven when it's sunny, and inside is cozy when it's cold or rainy. The staff is very courteous and their tri-tip salad is wonderful. I also like the 1/2 sandwich and salad deals, you can mix and match most... More

Most people go here after an evening out, but the tables are well spaced, and it's open all afternoon. It's not a bad place to have a business meeting if you're meeting someone from one of the local tech companies like Turn who have a home in downtown RWC. Serves beer and wine, burgers, crepes, etc.
