Ate here on our first night in Redondo and enjoyed our experience. Staff was friendly and the service was pretty fast considering how much good we ordered. Definitely worth a stop for folks that don't feel like eating in some of the more overcrowded/overpriced restaurants in the area. Prices were fair and the fish was fresh. Great views off the... More

We bought our take-out dinner here the other night. We ordered freshly caught crabs which we selected from their aquarium. Nothing beats the taste of freshly cooked crabs. It was delicious especially dipped in their cajun sauce. The clam and mussel soup was also yummy with just the right herbs. Were glad we decided to order here since it was... More

This was surprise. I had a fabulous lobster roll. Would have liked to gone back to have fresh cooked the way I like it.

We come over to eat when we are at the car shows on Friday night at Rubies next door. The fish market has a very good selection of fresh fish at market prices. The fish counter also sells clam chowder and chapino which are very good along with oyster plates and cooked crabs. Very helpful staff. Then there is the... More

I first tried this on a girls vacay but when I went back this month had to take my family. The fish is so fresh. Oysters taste sweet and salty like the sea so fresh. The different crab you can order and the fresh catch make this such a down to earth place. The prices are amazing too. I luv... More

The staff were friendly and the place has a real beach, fisherman's feel. I didn't mind so much that it was a bit grungy and food was served on plastic. However, we ordered 6 meals and none of us would go back to eat there again. The lobster was dry; the whole fish was small, dry and mainly bones; and... More

This fish market/restaurant is well known to locals but visitors could very easily miss it. It's been in American Express adds because it's so classic and so "not LA". If you're in the mood for a very casual, just in the beach, fresh fish dinner, great beer choices and pretty good wine choices, park in the surface lot on Harbor... More

This place charges like they are Spago's in Beverly Hills but the food is like fast food seafood. Nothing special at all about this place. I thought the tables were dirty and sticky. I was soooooo disapointed by this place ! Tourist Trap

Good food, good selection, outstanding service (friendly and helpful). Was worried we got the wrong fish, prepared the wrong way, but the fishmonger steered us right after all.
