My first experience here for breakfast wasn't bad. The waitress was reasonably friendly and the French toast was good. She did forget to bring my companion's iced tea, though. The next day, though we waited 15 minutes for a table only to have a man come out and tell us we'd have to leave as there were other people waiting... more

We ate here at breakfast. It was REALLY good food and HUGE portions. BUT I was grossed out by the lady who took our order and brought our food to the table. I assume it was "Polly". She had dirt and grime under her fingernails! YUCK! more

Polly,s on the pier, ah, my favorite place in California. I am a Canadian from Montréal and I travel to California sometimes twice a year visiting famely living in Torrance. As soon as I get off the plane, my first request is always, let,s go to Polly,s so that my relatives dont even ask me anymore they just take me... more
