While my family was visiting me in Redondo they stayed at the Crowne Plaza. Splash! is connected to it and looked to be quite a restaurant as they displayed ads for their "Sunday Brunch". Ate at the restaurant twice, but both times there were only one other couple in the restaurant with us. Breakfast they serve a continental buffet and a hot/cold buffet. The hot/cold buffet features made-to-order omelets and waffles. The omelets were decent and the rest of the meal was the same. Nothing extraordinary but felt horribly overpriced at $16.
