Aimee personally greets you when you arrive and even answers the phone when you call for a reservation. You feel like an honored guest in her home. I went to Aimee's for dinner. Their fresh fish special, Escolar, was fabulous. When you visit this restaurant, you can tell they take such personal care of you. The meal choices are fabulous. Persentation of dishes is really marvelous. They are very personable.The Grand Manier Souffle is wonderful and so beautiful.

Instead of going to a brewpub or beach /harbor establishment we happened to pass a very small shopping center on PCH which had a Bistro and decided to give it a try. Nice French food, varied menue, prices were good, the wine list extensive. Three of us all enjoyed our meals and would definitly recommend this place to others.
