Local hangout place, eclectic decor. Not pretentious, owner still works behind the bar. Menu has many choices and they offer a specials menu along with regular menu. Please don't expect bean sprouts, tofu and micro miniature servings for $$$$$$ prices. Menu has lots of seafood choices on it and it is wonderful. Crab enchiladas and Sea Bass fajitas were excellent.... More

This is the quintessential kind of place I think of when I'm jonesing for a fish taco and a Pacifico... the only thing missing is a sandy beach right outside. Instead, the restaurant is located in Redondo's Riviera Village commercial area, which has its own sort of surf-town-meets-yuppie vibe. Riviera Mexican Grill is crowded, eclectic, casual, and pretty darn good... More

when in town, (bi-monthly) this is my first stop. It is great Mexican fare and the best salsa anywhere! I get several large bowls and drown my chips in it. good margarita's and a great outdoor patio. unless its raining, sit outside!

If anyone in your party has a hearing problem at all, don't go here. The last time we went, we ate really fast to get out because it was just crazy loud. The staff seemed out of control, in this regard. The food is good.

Great mexican food in a lively atmosphere. Service was great, fast and always there when we needed more salsa or chips. Based on the past reviews, I had the Corona beach fish tacos and they were fantastic. Not greasy at all and the cole slaw and sauce was really good and added a nice flavor. I will stop in again... This place is a definite thumbs up all the time! The food is always super yummy, and they don't use lard! It's always noisy in there when crowded, which might bother some, but it's fantastico if you have kids, because they can be loud and not bother anyone. And there is all kinds of cool stuff hanging from the ceilings... More

Great Ambiance - there is patio and booth seating with colorful and vivacious decor. The bar is definitely a highlight and a great place to meet locals. Good variety fish, chicken and beef - Baja Style dishes. I recommend Papaya Grilled Chicken and the Lobster Taquitos. The staff is very friendly and have a happy family atmosphere - as many... More

This place was better than average, though not amazing. Service was good and prices were reasonable. Parking is in the back.

Dependable standard dishes and drinks, friendly and efficient staff, and good value in a setting worthy of rural Mexico! This is my umpteen visit in the years I have been visiting Redondo Beach.

This place has the perfect mix of atmosphere and menu. This is not the typical Mexico an food served in most restaurants. This is Baja California food which is lighter, fresher and much more reliant on seafood. My personal favorite is the "Corona Beach Fish Tacos" plate. I have brought many out of town guests here over the years. Every... More
