Incredibly tasty Mexican foodIn such a cool atmosphere!

After a long luxurious afternoon of window shopping and strolling around Redondo's adorable Riviera Village, I was ready for some vittles of the Mexican kind. I live in Europe and still come here at least ten times a year. The asada soft tacos and the carnitas are my favorite. The salsa is always so fresh and delicious. I always get the Zuni salad instead of rice to make the meal lighter. We have lots of picky eaters in our big family, and everyone has multiple... More

Great atmosphere. Unique place. Great service. Clean restaurant but I just wasnt amazed by the food. I got the works burrito. The presentation was great. It looked amazing. But the flavor was bland. I don't know why because the ingredients looked fresh but there was something that just didn't fit. The salsa was good but I have had better. In... More

The food is excellent and goes beyond the usual offerings of most So Cal Mexican eateries. There is probably nothing on the menu that you would be disappointed with. My favorite is the mole sauce. It is a bit spicy, but compliments chicken enchiladas or burritos very nicely. It also lends a nice taste to the shrimp relleno. The staff... More

My retiree group has been eating lunch here for years. The decor is beach and surf oriented. The food is excellent, served hot and attractively plated. The lobster quasadillo (on the lunch specials menu) and fish tacos are favorites. I also like the carnitas. Entrees generally come with two sides, I go for the "Zuni" salad which is like an... More

Local hangout place, eclectic decor. Not pretentious, owner still works behind the bar. Menu has many choices and they offer a specials menu along with regular menu. Please don't expect bean sprouts, tofu and micro miniature servings for $$$$$$ prices. Menu has lots of seafood choices on it and it is wonderful. Crab enchiladas and Sea Bass fajitas were excellent.... More

This is the quintessential kind of place I think of when I'm jonesing for a fish taco and a Pacifico... the only thing missing is a sandy beach right outside. Instead, the restaurant is located in Redondo's Riviera Village commercial area, which has its own sort of surf-town-meets-yuppie vibe. Riviera Mexican Grill is crowded, eclectic, casual, and pretty darn good... More

when in town, (bi-monthly) this is my first stop. It is great Mexican fare and the best salsa anywhere! I get several large bowls and drown my chips in it. good margarita's and a great outdoor patio. unless its raining, sit outside!

If anyone in your party has a hearing problem at all, don't go here. The last time we went, we ate really fast to get out because it was just crazy loud. The staff seemed out of control, in this regard. The food is good.

Great mexican food in a lively atmosphere. Service was great, fast and always there when we needed more salsa or chips. Based on the past reviews, I had the Corona beach fish tacos and they were fantastic. Not greasy at all and the cole slaw and sauce was really good and added a nice flavor. I will stop in again...
