Nice little mexican cantina in Redondo beach. You have to look for it a bit since it's in a strip mall. Staff made me feel very welcome, and I lucked out, getting there right for happy hour. Got a couple of HH menu items, a couple of pints and a mixed plate, and did not regret my choice. This place... More

For all lovers of tequila - you want to be here! For people (like me) with spouses who aren't fans of Tex-Mex food - NEVER FEAR! They have some amazing salads and pastas and "Tex-Mex" that's less "Mex." For example, Buffalo Bleu Cheese Chicken Quesadilla; Salmon Salad (resh salmon and grilled vegetables tossed in a fire-roasted tomato vinaigrette, served on... More

Went here today for the first time in about 5 years. Before today we went quite regularly and I've always asked for the California Chicken. It wasn't as good today. The sauce was very runny and there was an overabundance of it in regards to the other ingredients. It was still good, just not quite the same. Maybe their cook... More

Our family eats a lot of Mexican food. A lot. We tried Coyote Cantina our first night in Redondo Beach as it was within walking distance from our hotel and had some excellent ratings on both Trip Advisor and Yelp. The wife ordered blackened chicken enchiladas, two of us had burritos and our youngest had a chicken finger kids meal.... More

This is a happening locals place. Small area, but very well utilized. Plenty of conversation opportunities with the patrons, the food is pretty good. The bar and the decor and the energy of the place makes you want to come back with friends.

Wonderful twist on classic Mexican food. Great selection of tequilas and wonderful servers. Try the turkey jalapeno enchiladas, carne asada or the salmon and spinach enchiladas.

A change from the normal fare with my Chinese colleagues - the day before they asked for a McDonalds to compare with those in China - the US won by a large margin. This night they asked for Mexican - Trip Advisor found me the Coyote Cantina - very close to our hotel. They loved the nachos carnitas - liked... More

Had a very nice Saturday night dinner here with my companion. Have eaten here many times and it is always consistently good so time to acknowledge Coyote Cantina with a review for their ongoing efforts. Very large portions served on platter sized dishes. Creative Mexican and Southwestern dishes not normally found in a Mexican restaurant. Kudos to the chef. Casual... More

I love this place. The margaritas are amazing and strong. The food is so good! Sweet Corn Ravioli, and Sonora Ravioli are to die for!

Don’t ignore this restaurant due to its strip mall location. Inside you’ll find a vibrant, sophisticated décor and great margaritas. You won’t find great New Mexico or Colorado style burrito, but if you stick with the specialties you’ll have tasty food in a whimsically decorated restaurant close to Redondo Beach. If there are less adventuresome eaters in your party the... More
