Don’t ignore this restaurant due to its strip mall location. Inside you’ll find a vibrant, sophisticated décor and great margaritas. You won’t find great New Mexico or Colorado style burrito, but if you stick with the specialties you’ll have tasty food in a whimsically decorated restaurant close to Redondo Beach. If there are less adventuresome eaters in your party the... More

My wife and I love Mexican style food, and this restaurant does not disappoint. It has a unique take on the style. The service is always amazing, and the food leaves you wanting to come back and try something new on the menu, but I seem stuck on some favorites, such as the Turkey Jalapeno Enchiladas...simply incredible.

If you would like something a little different and still have an amazing margarita..... this is the place. It is a small place and mostly tables not booths... not the place if you want romantic. Everyone who works there is friendly... I have tried at least six different items from the menu, all have been great.

We started with a great long margarita and some draft beer (Fat Tire), and then brie quesadillas with mango salsa. You can't go wrong with tortillas and cheese, and the mango salsa was tasty but the combination didn't quite work. Guacamole was only okay, and a slightly stingy portion. We then had enchiladas and the tostada salad, which were good... More

Amazing food and great choice on the menu. Lovely and lively atmosphere. Very very friendly staff. Especially the Irish owner. Probably the best meal we have had in the states. The kids loved it too.

So the salsa, more like tomato sauce, no fresh chunks of tomato. Food very average. Thought Mexican inCA would be better

We picked this restaurant due to its reviews on yelp and tripadvisor and we were so impressed! From the second we walked in the door the staff were friendly and inviting. We were seated in a booth and served complimentary corn chips and dip while we viewed the menu. I had the calamari for appetizer and hubby had the Brie... More

This place does not look like much from the outside, but it is a true culinary experience. The food is a unique take on mexican food and the flavors are so unique and amazing. I have been eating here for more than 8 years and have never had a bad meal or bad service. It truly is a hidden gem... More

Spending an evening in Redondo Beach from LA, my girlfriend and I selected Coyote Cantina by doing a blind search for Restaurants near-by Hotel Row. It's a small restaurant nestled in a tiny strip mall. We were first greeted by a spiney cactus that looked like it was grounded straight from the desert (very cool). Once we made it passed... More
