Good Seafood Joint!

We've been here several times in the last couple of years and I so enjoy just looking at all the oysters, crabs, fish etc. I LOVE SEAFOOD!! This year we checked out what was available and ordered a whole fish (it might have been a red snapper, not sure) steamed with Asian seasonings,:garlic... read more

Even if a wide choice of seafood is available at this harbour location, the prices are certainly not in line with the service and the very casual setting. I suppose you could call that a luxury fast food outlet, when your extremely expensive food is dished out in throw-away platters and you have to sit on concrete picnic tables/benches, which... More

This is one of our favorite places for a simple seafood meal. The fish is great and really fresh. This time we tried a grilled red snappers and fried smelt. All accompanied by a chilled Corona, what do you need more for a relaxing evening after work?

I've been to Quality Seafood on three separate occasions at this point, and it's become my go-to destination for fresh seafood since moving to the South Bay about five months ago. The prices are competitive -- I recently paid $16/lb for sashimi-quality tuna filets, which is about $1-2 per pound cheaper than I've seen at other specialty grocery or markets... More

There's no place in the Los Angeles area that can compete with Quality for freshness and choice. If you want a sit down, put your feet under the table and order from a menu, this isn't your place. Here you go to a tank, select your choice that's swimming in the tank, and, if you choose a shell fish, rent... More

Southern California weather beautiful and great food. Quality Seafood market has a wonderful bar!! Sit in the sun eat your fish, eat your crab and drink your ice cold tap beer or your ice cold tap grapefruit ale. Everything is fresh. Savor every bite. Ah. Just what the Dr ordered!

We had crab there with a fried grouper. Check what they have to offer that's fresh and has a good price. The terrace is a bit dirty and the toilet (which is public also) is very dirty.

This shop / restaurant is literally a dozen yards from the fishing boats which provide great ingredients on a daily basis. As described by other reviewers, they will prepare your seafood any way you want, and it's up to you how you want to eat it. They provide tables and benches, and newspapers to act as tablecloths. Use the plastic... More

This establishment offers every kind of seafood imaginable and it's all fresh. Fried, steamed or grilled; you have a choice of your favorite seafood; cooked to order. I have been eating here for eleven years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the food, the preparation, or the service. What is great about this restaurant is the variety... More

So much fun. You pick live seafood (Dungeness crab, in my case), buy a loaf of sourdough, a pint of Anchor Steam, and crab a concrete seat while waiting. Let your hair down and give it a shot - you don't be sorry.
