I was happily surprised that it looked like a train and it had old stuff all around the restraint.. The food was great they give you a lot of food.. My daughter loved that if you buy a certain soda that they give you a glass as a souvenir that was nice.. The staff was very friendly. I cannot eat... More

What bad is there to say about Spaghetti Factory? Is it the best food ever...NO, It is good though and the kids LOVE going! Sitting in the "train" and eating Mizithra and brown butter pasta then enjoying ice cream after is my young kids favorite place to eat!

Like all other "Old Spaghetti factory" they open their restaurant in old rebuilt buildings. Those locations are always gorgeous and it creates a nice atmosphere. The food, however is not so good. This is a chain restaurant so for people that are use to "taste" and good Italian food you will not find it here. Their marinara sauce taste like... More

The food was cold and vegetables raw. The sauce was way too sweet and the service was awful. Left us without drinks and never asked how the food was. It was obvious it was bad because we didn't eat the food but waitress never inquired. Waste of money. Only good thing about this restaurant is the balloon animal guy .... More

4 meals and everyone was the worst you could imagine. From the pasta, the sauce, the sausage, to the cheese, all were horrible. The red wine wasn't bad, but $8.50?

You get a complete meal (soup/salad; entree, beverage; spumoni) for a great price and our server, the adorable Elija made our evening delightful. He accommodated a jolly crowd as we (inadvertently) played musical chairs while we mingled. Didn't miss a beat and just kept smiling. I also commend Steve the manager for his manner in accommodating our party of 14... More

Love the food, customer service OK. Four people standing at the hostess desk, none could take my order. The to-go gal was MIA and the rules say the others can't help me. :(

I've been to just about every Old Spaghetti Factory in California. So you can imagine how excited I was they opened one in Redlands. They offer the same great food at reasonable prices, and great friendly service!

I was staying across the street from the old spaghetti factory, since I had no car on this trip, I went there for dinner, good basic Italian food, no frills, large portions, not the best that I ever had, but not bad either. On similar circumstances, I would eat there again.

Wife and I decided on a whim to stop by the old spaghetti factory in Redlands, Ca. This was a weekday around noon. Was a bit surprised that business was slow to moderate. Ordered two meals from the luncheon menu. Meals were good, portions on the small side. My real purpose of this review is that when we received our... More
