I have been here on many occasions. The service and food are always worth the stop. Very friendly staff. Prices are also very moderate. They are in a small strip mall right across from the Lighthouse Fish and Chips so you have a choice on where to eat! Great salsa and chips also!!!!!!!!! Food is on the table very soon... More

The receptionist at our hotel suggested this restaurant to us, and a fellow behind us waiting to check in gave a hearty second. Cheerful dining room with colorful decor and comfortable seating. Booths are quite private. The staff is exceptionally friendly; they seem truly happy to have you in their restaurant. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing, and made... More

Everything....we had chips the second we sat down.....warm bean dip....along with great salsa. Gone are the days of cheap affordable Mexican food that still has flavor and taste. I went to the Hartnel location for DINNER, food prices had just been raised. I had the Mexican dish of one taco, (hard shell) beef, One small enchilada and a chilli . Includes rice and beans. Chips come with salsa and beans too.$14.45 plus tax... More

Out of all the Mexican restaurants in Redding we prefer Puerto Vallarta on Eureka Way. The food is consistent good portions and served by a friendly staff. We haven't been burned yet. They get a #3 for decor a update is needed. Enjoy!

We are from MN. We have been to Redding twice and to Puerto Vallarta twice. The 1st time we just happened to find the resturant. The 2nd time we decided to go back because we loved it the 1st time! The food was good, and the service was too. We recommend it .

We ordered some food to go from the Puerto Vallarta Restaurant on the way back from the lake. My wife called and asked for some kids bean and cheese burritos for my son and his friends. We received 4 "wet" Bean and Cheese Burritos in huge foil trays with melted cheese and beans pouring out both ends. Each burrito was... More

We ate in Redding on our way to Lassen Volcanic NP. Found PV by accident and now wish it was at home. The food is very good and affordable and ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and provided great service. If you like Mexican food then this is the place.
