Yummy Sandwiches

My husband and I were driving through Redding and realized we were hungry. Not wanting to stop at the local Subway, we chose Bricks. We were pleasantly surprised with the portion of meat you receive on the sandwiches and the garlic sauce they put on there is amazing. The salad bar was a little... read more

This place is great. The pulled pork sandwich is the best I've ever had and the fries are crispy and perfect! They have several beers on tap and it's very industrial, open and airy decor with a cozier bar in the corner is really nice. Have never been disappointed!

First off the food is ok... my wife got the tri-tip sand. And i got the triami sand.. the smoke flavor of the meat was on point but fries and bread were soggy and the aujus was way too salty. My biggest problem with the place was how i feel we were "baited and switched" when it came down to... More

Brick's is one of the few North State barbeque joints that lives up to the name. Decent bar with good beer selection, consistent quality, and conscientious staff. Barbeque is "real" and true to tradition, not contrived corporate nonsense. The bourbon sauce is excellent, and fries are outstanding. Don't miss the ribs, and eat them while they're hot. We recommend, especially... More

Service was fantastic, and the food was even better! Got there about 2 pm; tri tip sandwich and ribs were great! Place inside needs better "atmosphere", but other than that we will definitely stop there again. My only small complaint is that the tri tip, while having great flavor, needs to be cut uniformly thinner to make it easier to... More

We like the smoked flavor of the foods and the different sauces they give you to use with your meal. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No lunch menu, fairly pricey, ribs were overly cooked. Good service, short on ambience. Ribs, beans an corn bread was $12. Famous Dave's a better choice.

I have tried every BBQ place in and around Redding. I have to say Brick's is my favorite. The service is always very good. The drinks plentiful and the food more than I can eat. We've learned to ask for a sample plate of each of their sauces. That way each bite is an adventure. They are opened till 9pm... More

BBQ is one of my favorite foods. I've eaten in many of the well known BBQ cities: KC, Memphis, Texas. I don't expect exceptional BBQ in most cities not known for it. I felt the food here was average with good sides to accompany the BBQ. would certainly go back.

Brick's Smokehouse hosted my birthday party this week, and I am here to tell you no request was too big! nor detail too small!... Brick's set up a delicious tri-tip, pulled pork slider, beans and slaw buffet, and offered beer & wine to fifty of my closest friends & family all at a very affordable price! The day before the...
