Excellent service, from the valet through to the servers. Ambience is nice, with the live background music at a perfect volume (loud enough to hear but not so loud as to interfere with table conversation). Unfortunately, no kids menu although they did try to accommodate the kids preferences.

We are here last night. I asked to be sat away from the piano and we were sat in a booth tucked away from others and far away from the piano, however we sat directly under a skylight which ruined the candle lit ambiance. The food was just okay. We ordered French onion soup which was unremarkable. Then the carpaccio.... More

Felt like we stepped back in time when we entered this restaurant. Expected the Rat Pack to come walking by and maybe sing a few songs. Mix of diners was on the older side, some in jackets and ties, others in shorts and t-shirts. Piano and saxaphone player did short sets creating a very laid back atmosphere, maybe too much... More

Boring restaurant, too stuffy, zero ambiance, average food for a big price! Won't be back unless thing change. Surviving on a dated reputation.

No Salt! everything is way too salty here. Ambiance is very nice. Located in central Rancho Mirage across from the River. The River has Flemings, cheesecake Factory,Fkemings and Babes BBQ. if you want to pay high end prices fir dinner go to Flemings for good food. Wallys not worth the price. I could not enjoy my shrimp because of how... More

Wally's has no competition in the high end classic dining market. The service is excellent and the food is too.

It's hard to find a true fine dining experience these days. This is an old school upscale place. Dress up and enjoy it. Worth the expense for a special occasion.

Sounds like a down and out bar, but instead our group of 25 enjoyed an upscale, excellent private dining experience. The group menu was a bit conventional, but the shrimp were large, if not gargantuan, the Caesar Salad appealing and the steelhead salmon reasonably tasty. The prices were steep, though, Save room for the bread and desert!

We went to a very nice Christmas party here....the area it's in has a great many good restaurants and I think for the group that attended it that it was a good choice! Music and dance floor wine flowing and everyone in a festive mood...lovely. I had the pork loin chop and so did my Sweetheart it was quite tasty... More
