Great Service

Stopped on way home from Palm Springs. The place was very crowded but thats a good sign. No trouble getting a seat in the bar. We missed happy hour which is 4 to 630 but we were very well taken care of by our bartender Willie. Drinks are nice but a little high in price. Food was great as well... read more

Restaurant setting is truly Mexican style adobe with large patio. Beautiful tall trees, quaint wrought iron tables. Downfall is directly next to main thoroughfare with street nose. Water, fresh chips, and wonderful, chunky salsa was promptly served, but we did not see our waiter for over 10 minutes, and had to run down a busboy for more water. One entrée... More

We lived in Rancho Mirage for several years so I have been to this restaurant many times and can say hands down the food is the best authentic Mexican food anywhere The margaritas are amazing, the salsa is homemade and the ambiance makes you feel as if you are in a hacienda in Mexico. Next time you are in the... More

We went there for dinner. Our friends spoke so highly of it. They got a reservation only about 30 minutes before we were to arrive but were still seated immediately. We were seated in the lovely outside courtyard area. A guitar player serenaded with zeal and the atmosphere was very nice. My friend ordered the Enchiladas Suizas and his wife... More

This one never disappoints. We love their food and the ambiance on their patio outdoors. We shared this one with friends and they didn't let us down! Good job!

We were entertaining family tonight for what we anticipated as an evening of good food and good service. We were initially seated at a cramped table behind a door and jutting out into the walkway for customers and servers. We asked to be moved and were. Positive. Our server arrived fairly promptly for our drink order, but had no menus... More

Beautiful setting! But don't sit under the trees in even a slight breeze. With every bite and sip, I was picking leaves and twigs out of my mouth. Our table, and every table around, was covered with debris falling from the landscaping, harder to see coming at you at night. The vegetarian special of quinoa stuffed pablanos was great, but... We usually go to the Las Casuelas in downtown Palm Springs but we decided to give the Rancho Mirage location a try. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely, relaxing lunch on the attractive patio. His fajitas were nicely prepared and I enjoyed my simple, but tasty enchiladas. When I asked for a substitution for a sidedish, I was accommodated... More
