We started with Happy Hour and had delicious mango margaritas & chips. We were then seated at our table and ordered dinner. My husband ordered a combo plate & I had a crab & also a shrimp enchilada with rice & steamed veggies. My veggies & Shrimp Enchilada were good, but the rice was like day old & dry. The... More

We wanted to sit outside at this large restaurant and were told they had run out of propane, but that was ok as it was a nice night. The waiter asked for drink orders right away then waited behind us for our food order when we closed our menus he came right over. My wife ordered a fish dish and... More

First of all, parking is easy . The check in desk is well organized and the place is large. We had a large party that were seated outside-a bit cool for a January night but still pleasant enough. The food was a shade above average-good chips and salsa and sides. Portions are plentiful -you will not go home hungry.Reasonable tariffs for... More

There are numerous Las Casuelas around the area and we received a couple of recommendations to eat here. Surprisingly, the food was okay, but disappointing.

This restaurant, in an "old house" has wonderful ambience, whether you are inside or outside. The service is good. The food is average/good. But overall, definitely something you want to experience.

We dined at Las Casuelas Nuevas for the first time. We didn't realize until we arrived there that this is a huge complex with both indoor and outdoor dining. Parking was plenty. We dined in the outdoor courtyard. The area was nicely decorated and with mature trees, very pleasant. The waitstaff were both courteous and efficient. There was a musical... More

We didn't have a reservation on a Friday night. Not a problem for an indoor seat. We were seated immediately but passed the fun, outdoor patio where clearly all the action is. Indoor seating was quiet and not a fun filled atmosphere like the patio we had to pass to go in. Service was good. Both food and drink portions... More

Food was really good. The restaurant was really nice. The service was really good. But , for Mexican Food it was pretty pricey. Or , maybe I should say .... the drinks are .... VERY pricey. We each had 2 margaritas and the 4 drinks ( while really good ) were more than the meal. Having been here , I... More

We decided to go to brunch at Las Casuelas on Sunday and food was ok, brunch is way over priced for what is offered. SERVICE was Terrible! We were sat on a dirty table with dirty silverware, server was not attentive not once did he show up to ask if we needed anything. He added gratuity since we were a party of... More

Positives * Friendly service * Good quality food * Big portions * Reasonable prices Negatives * Pretty typical Mexican restaurant. Nothing jumped out as being unusual or interesting. * Creamy guacamole was somewhat plain. Overall not a bad experience
